App keeps signing me out. My boss headphobe app is not top security. If my bank can figure out to use Face ID and have it work consistently, why can’t you?
The best most clearest sound ever !! No comparison, stand alone !! Victory on product and brand
Hey MIT Bose Dev/peeps.. please give this app the ability to rotate on IPad. I.e., landscape V portrait? Other than that keep up the good work. Thanks, Customer since 1990
I bought myself a pair of Bose’s quietcomfort headphones because I needed a new pair of headphones and they asked me to download the app so I did and really I have no complaints everything works great and I love that I can adjust the bass and trebol in a very simple way and everything works nicely and smoothly
I put my buds to the test in New York on the streets in quiet mode. Let me say that the boom boxes on jitney bikes and the sounds of horns and traffic disappeared. I do have to say that the quality of talking on the phone needs to be improved. People I’ve talked to said that they have trouble hearing me
I usually wear full over the ear headphones because I am an audiophile. These Bose earbuds have great music sound and deepest bass I have heard for earbuds. Super comfortable also for hours of use.
Best theater investment
I love the Bluetooth they come in handy. They are very clear
Clear sound , but I expect more bass .the app is nice good extra features
Best earbuds ever and the sound is unbelievable
It makes things easier
I’m a aerospace mechanic technician. and I Basically have to buy a new pair every year for work.and I finally found some that I Love. the sound quality of these things are amazing. I’ve had a couple of pairs of BEATS BY DRE. then the APPLE AIRPODS2. then I tried the RAY CONS. the SKULL CANDIES.they all sounded good I didn’t think they could be beat. but these things sound so good glad I paid the money for the quality now let’s see if they can hold up at work for what I paid I definitely hope so
Great control for game changing audio.
The best earbuds I've ever bought! I almost went with beats and air pods again. These make both look like they were being sold at Dollar General.... The sound quality is as if you were in a car with a air tight sound system.. crazy
Love the app, let me adjust the bass/treble and show me the battery levels.
Hope there’s more BASS
Easy to use, not complicated, and basically at my fingertips 🙂
I really liked the last generation of this product but the upgrades to the current generation is another level! Great product!
Really enjoying the clear sound and perfect fit of my buds. Excellent product among my other Bose products.
I love the updates and ways to style your audio quality with the app. It helps keep track of everything. I hope it continues to evolve! It would be nice to see the damage quality of the headphones or at least a condition status incase any water occurs on the headphones from rain or if anything else comes up for concern to keep the earbuds in the best condition possible. Maybe add more tips of taking good care of them? My QC earbuds got soaked in the washer and I wasn’t aware to put them in rice
On my third Bose app. Same brand, different apps. Why?
I’ve only just downloaded this when I got a new set of QC earbuds. It’s not bad over all. EQ adjustments, saving several ANC profiles… But, the older version of the app allowed me to change how long before the buds go into standby mode and this newer version does not. I’d be happy with an option to just force the earbuds it o standby mode. There are times when I’d like to turn off the headphones without needing to put them back in the case.
Owned Bose Lifestyles systems since their inception, many other good systems on the market but the Bose sound continues to be far out of reach for the competitors when considering the money invested.
This app makes it easy to get the NC 700 setup. After that there are a few settings that I come back to mess around with. It also is useful when there is a firmware update.
The best headphones I ever had thanks for an excellent product .
Amazing product wouldn’t change it fro anything else
A good application that manages the Soundbar very well. Easy to navigate and we’re happy.
Let us turn off long press for Voice Control — sometimes my earbuds flake out and start activating Voice Control over and over and hanging up calls on me.
I bought my first set of Bose in 1985 as an Army Private, still have them, QC wireless are at the next level!
Best ear buds I have purchased. Worth the money.
Beautiful, modern app. Very simple.
I love the app, just hate I have to use it to adjust everything.
Unlike many other headphone apps this one provides many different features which may not appear to all customers but is very ggod for me.
I have Bose AE2 sound links and it won’t connect. help!!
Love the app. But it would also be great to have the setting options on my television also. Balance, base and treble ECT.
Great sound and very comfortable to wear. Love them!!
Bose app so easy to use and the noise canceling! I cannot believe how much noise I have been putting up with on all those flights!
Doesn’t provide more than the iPhone already does for EQ
After a few days of use, I am very pleased with both the Bose 700 Noise Cancelling Headphones (the silver is handsome, like me, LOL) and the Bose Music app. that works with it.
I got the 900 plus the bass joints .Dj Rolla checking in.
Great application for amazing sound
The sound quality is amazing, I get lost in the music.
Feel like the master of your very own symphony. I. Love. Bose.

The headphones connect with my phone, but the app cannot find them. As many times as I click on the connect button on the headphones, the app continues to search.
It’s fairly helpful when it works, but it is glitchy. also signs me out after pretty much every use, which makes it cumbersome. I don’t want to have to enter my email and password while I’m starting my workout standing on a treadmill just to change sources. frankly, there’s no reason I should have to sign in anyway. as it is, it would be much more helpful to just have some sort of hardware feature to toggle between sources rather than fumbling with some app that is marginal at best.
