Game is fun but Computer cheats...

The distribution of “random” die rolls just seems so skewed it’s not believable. Over a large sample, the computer always seems to roll low on balls and high on strikes. Also, I had 19 contact runners thrown out in a row... sheesh

App doe not conform to game rules.

App does not resolve die rolls during Run phase. The organ music is annoying and cannot be separated from the other audio. Intermittently will not allow submitting line up.

Dice rolls

Please make them random. I almost always lose due to dice rolls alone. I’m definitely not griping. Im the second person to say this on here. Fix and I will give 5 stars right away!

Grand Slam Fun!

I heard about the actual table top version of this game and how fun it is so when I saw this version on the App Store it was a no brainer to download. You guys have hit a grand slam with this game!!! Well done!

Broken with no support

A big part of this game is being the first to roll a five or six. However, when you roll a five or six after someone’s made contact, the game doesn’t register it. Then you lose. Rinse, repeat. I took video of the problem, sent it to tech support, never even got so much as a response acknowledging they were looking into it. Aside from being broken at one of the game’s core mechanisms, it’s a really well done app. If they fix this issue, it’s an easy 5-stars. Until they do, it’s basically unplay

Fun but

I think an equal strike six should at least be a contact hit. The campaign is very defense favored as far as what you can hit. So basically if they roll a s 6 it only matters if you have two strikes otherwise just take the strike and don't bother rolling. Other than that pretty fun, some more players with different stats and traits would be fun.

Good game...but results of a hit are no better than a coin toss.

Love the campaign mode of this game. Trying to strategically wear down the pitcher to increase your odds of getting a hit or a walk is a blast. However, once you get a hit, it’s basically just a toss of a coin as to whether or not you’re safe. I’m sure it’s random, but the computer sometimes goes on a tear and throws you out numerous times in a row (I counted it to 14 once). This is just annoying...it seems better to get a walk than to actually hit the ball.

Well Made but Boring

This game is better than most dice games. The mechanisms are quite deep and bad rolls are seemingly mitigated through use of various powers and abilities. Your opponent has an arsenal of abilities of abilities as well. All these abilities give the illusion of luck mitigation but actually creates an overly complex interaction that is actually worse than the simple roll of a dice. Also, there is a bias of RNG towards your AI opponent.

Great but no expansions

I just got this game the day before yesterday, and I love it. I’ve played countless games, and this game is so good that it’s difficult to put my iPad down. I would have given the app five stars but for a couple things. Firstly, expansions. I have the base game AND the big league support expansion. This game doesn’t have any expansions. Secondly, there’s no option to play a “full game” so to speak. In every game, one player has to be the batter and one player has to be the pitcher. I usually pla

Adorable!

Clever and fun little strategy game. Cute graphics, sounds, and songs. Well worth $0.99.

Great game even if you’re not a baseball fan!

If you’re a fan of this board game you really enjoy this app it captures all of the fun in a convenient on the go version. To the developers, it would be nice if there was an easy way to pull up the contact sheet while in game for reference.
