I love it and it’s very easy to look for things but I wish they had more options for people who liked anime or new movies anyways it’s amazing I would suggest it if you like Disney .

I love BoxLunch

I love the app and the store, but one thing I feel could be improved is personalized shopping. Users could click on whatever fandoms they prefer to buy products from, without having to constantly filter other fandoms and bands. Just a suggestion.

Great service and products.

The BL app makes it so easy to browse and shop. It will easily show you your account information and if you have rewards etc. Love the BL rewards program and that they offer other ways to get points and rewards besides making purchases.

I love this store so so so much! It always has exactly what I need and everything that I could want. It’s got every nerdy or pop culture item and the cloths are always so well designed and feel so nice.

Only thing I wish would happen is the wishlist be able to filter. Maybe seeing stuff recently added or make different wishlist to organize better. Tired of scrolling through all my stuff saved.

This has been a problem for a while now but whenever I ordered something to be picked up from a nearby store, it never updates on the app. The only way to get updates is through email and if you get a lot of emails everyday it can get buried in all of them. It makes it very difficult for me to know when it has shipped or when it is ready because I can’t just simply check the app. It’s been like this for a couple years now and I’m surprised such a problem hasn’t been fixed yet. After recent update, my wishlist has been wiped clean. Very upset. The app’s wishlist and the website’s wishlist have always been separate despite it being the same account. I almost always use the app and make frequent purchases so my wishlist being wiped is so frustrating. Please fix.

When looking for things to ship we had an extremely hard time finding things that would ship. We couldn’t even get it shipped to the store near us. The search engine on this site needs a lot of work. It’s very difficult to look things up unless you already know what the complete description is. Very frustrating.

Love the app, easy to use, appreciate the fact that it shows what’s in stock at your nearest store. I do wish there was a filter where items not in stock for shipping or in-store pickup could be filtered out.

The App is over all great however when it comes to looking for clothes it does seem to be minimal options unless you search for a specific item. It would be a bit easier to go to the store and look to see what they have. However the app itself is great otherwise the way it displays clothing allows you to gain rewards by doing things. It’s very helpful if you know exactly what you’re looking for.

This app frustrates me. It has so much lag. Older items still showing as sale items. Customer Service form doesn’t work right now. It sometimes takes you to the browser rather than remain on the app. The inventory tracker is ALWAYS inaccurate, the favorites feature doesn’t always save to your wishlist, and now they deleted old order history on accounts.
