I’ve missed out on a couple of purchases because I don’t have enough space on my phone for the app to be updated.

I love this app but it needs to catch up

I love this but today I was trying to use the app and because the pump systems have been updated the app doesn’t seem to be catching up the teller had authorized the transaction but it was not showing up on the app to take the payment so I had to go inside thankfully I had a way to get the gas or else it would have been a drive off please fix

I like the App…WHEN IT WORKS

I’ve linked numerous cards to this App and 95% of the time I receive an error message asking me to “Link” my card…it sooooo annoying!!!! The point of the app is convenience of not having to pull out your wallet, but I’m having to do that anyway. I’ve tried deleting the app and installing again…Nope that didn’t work. I’m done with the BP app.

Loading trouble

All too often the app never loads. Right now just watching the bar slowwwwwwly go across the screen. Updated too and didn’t help.
