10 Positive User Reviews for Brass

Fun

Very fun. Some issues with it freezing, but exiting and reopening seem to fix it (and I don’t usually lose the game). Biggest complaint is the screen sizing with the notch, I lose either the top or side sections depending on the orientation. Would love to see that get fixed, since I usually play on my phone. Also, can we get brass Birmingham adapt :)

Great game!

Very well thought out game play!

Good game

Complicated enough that there is a lot of depth to the strategy. Better to use this app to learn rules.

It’s okay

Little brother to Brass Birmingham which is a much better game. Notifications don’t work on this app, new games list at the bottom, and a few wonky UI bits that take some getting used to. But it’s generally a good port of an okay game.

Deep Strategic Game

I was introduced to the world of Brass through the Birmingham version of the board game, which I have played a couple of times. Someone in my playgroup told me that an app is available so I checked it out. I understand the game a lot better now and have really enjoyed being able to take on the AI, which is pretty good at the difficult level.

Fantastic game but one gripe.

Me and my buddies LOVE this game. This iOS implementation is wonderful. Each week we create a few online games and here’s what we hate: new online games get placed at bottom of the game list. Why is that a problem? No search or scroll mechanics are available and that means 2 or 3 minutes of endless finger swipes just to get down to our game. Doing anything to fix that would be sweet. I also wish played games could be reviewed and analyzed. Sadly, once game completes, there is no return t

Yet to win a game, 5/5

Perfectly fluid mechanics (with a presentation of what moves are possible and why certain ones aren't), beautiful artwork and animations, has online/offline/tutorials, never any lag or errors, and the computers are a bunch of clever a-holes. I wish the worst of luck to all of my fellow industrialists.

Flawless Execution of a Complex Board Game

This game is about recognizing and anticipating future demand, and ideal locations. If you are a preemptive thinker/have a business mind, you will enjoy this game. This game ranked among the top 20. It did take a while to learn, but worth the effort. Watching YouTube tutorials will only get you part of the way there. Reading tips from other players helps the most.

If only the notifications worked

I’d give it 5 stars, but my friends and I needed to use a messaging app to alert each other when it was their turn

Does app still work!V

Haven’t been able to log in to the app in weeks. Anyone know if it’s still working? I’ve tried reaching out to developers/etc and no responses.
