Most difficult travel app I use. No phone assistance. Great first class service non-stop HSV-TPA.

I always get better pricing on the app!

I love the ease of this app, however, whenever I want to change a date, add a person, or change destination I have to start completely over again. It’s so frustrating. Other than that I have no complaints.

Best way to flight I live it

I have flown Breeze from Huntsville to Vegas on a number of occasions now to visit family. I have had on one hiccup with a flight being cancel but that was early on when they were just starting out. Since then it has been an extremely good experience.

It would not let me edit any info I input

The App was very glitchy and I could not log-in to my account or add my frequent flyer number to the reservation—which meant I had to call customer service to spend more time on this reservation. Not ideal, but I suppose definitely fixable issue.

Very difficult to navigate

I tried to add insurance but it wouldn’t accept payment due to amount not equal to payment due…. Crazy I tried 3 times. So I worked without insurance.
