Error when I hit click scan, no clear solution on website

Overall, this scanner has been great and initial set-up was easy. Lately, I keep getting a connection error when I click scan that says “Cannot Connect Make sure your machine is connected to the same network that the mobile device is connected to.” However, both devices are connected to the WiFi. The app is fully updated. I can’t seem to find any info on how to troubleshoot this on the website and wasn’t able to find what the current firmware should be.
