Washington Dulles to Brussels

Bought the ticket on Delta, was code share with KLM, who cancelled their flight and put us on Brussels Air , who then outsourced the flight to Eurowings . Not happy with final flight.

Barely any features, hard to use, minimal value

Can’t you simply copy the function of the Lufthansa app since Brussels Airlines is part of Lufthansa Group and Miles&More? This app is barely useful. It’s too difficult to retrieve timetables. The app doesn’t remember My Bookings that have been entered. There are no useful functions aside from check-in and that is too difficult to do as well.

J’ai pu acheter un billet avec l’application, j’aurais préféré avoir une option Apple Pay mais il n’y a pas. Au moment du payment l’Application a laggué au point que j’ai appuyé sur fermer, mais encore pire j’ai pas pu voir l’achat dans l’application du coup j’ai que cru ce n’était pas passé et j’ai failli racheter un billet. Il manque des choses : liste des achats effectués, enregistrement automatique du profile , privilège programme de fidélité, demande de remboursement ect… vaut mieux aller s
