Needs a FAQ section

If I have questions, the app is lacking

App works, backend not so much

I keep trying to access my reservation details, I currently am renting a car, and all I get is can’t process request right now try again later or call. Calling doesn’t work well, it would seem there are issues in the back end contacting budget.

Very easy

Love the app & being able to be a fast break member!! It saves you a lot of time and avoids any hassles.

Convenient but lacking

Well organized and I love seeing and managing my rental in here, but it’s bad that I can’t even view my rental agreement…it just shows me details of my car.

Not always the least expensive

The cars don’t have the cleanest glass so bring something to wipe the windows with. I have experienced this with just about every single budget rental. I’ve had in different states. I guess they don’t do windows, lol! But they are always great cars with lots of useful optional equipment and always pretty much brand new cars and trucks. Tried cheaper rentals but always went back to budget. They even blow away their sister company Avis.

Difficult to sign up

It took a ridiculous amount of time to get my account set up. Not acceptable for 2024…

Missing functionality and bugs

Incompatible with LastPass - won’t pull in passwords. Fastbreak signup is confusing. I think I signed up, but never got a confirmation and it still asks me if I want to sign up after I already signed up. It also doesn’t tell me if a reservation is a fastbreak reservation.

Bookings Never Saved in the APP!

My reservation will not save in the app. I have to search for it with the confirmation# from the email in order to view the details of the reservation in the app. When I close the app and go back in, the reservation is no where to be found! Annoying!

Never logs in

I have been trying to use the budget app for several years now. My login works fine in the web browser, but the app will never login. Using iPhone 14pro. Always comes up saying “you have reached the maximum number of code sends. Please try again later” Get the same message even after not having the app on my phone for months!
