I live for Hot Wings

Every time I visited the BWW in Wethersfield, CT, my bartender “ Cat” (seating of choice at bar) has been an enjoyable experience. I’ve observed her attention to detail, attentive to patrons, and professionalism with a crowded environment. She understands the nature of customer service and exhibits this on every visit. I’ve seen patrons showed verbal an nonverbal appreciation for her set.

OH MY GOODNESS- I AM JUST HERE TO SAY- the toilet paper here is more magical than a glittery lawn chair in a hurricane. I am OBSESSED. BUT- I have a complaint. How am I supposed to enjoy a meal with a scary Buffalo mascot starin me down?! Now that I think about it... I couldn't feel more protected 😏 - Farisha hesitate ( certified ragin cajun, southern mom, and chicken Wing consumer!!)

April the bartender in Gallatin had our tabs SO screwed up with the friends we were with! Just shoved the tab in my husbands face with the amount, no ticket to look at. Same thing with our friends tab. Our food on their tab, their stuff on ours. We had no idea until my friends wife said something because she had points to pay all the apps they ordered. I love buffalo wings but the app won’t allow me to sign in

My waitress spoiled the end of my meal. The bill was $14.07. I gave her a $20 and she asked if I wanted change. I said yes. Then she came back with $5 and asked if I wanted my $0.93. Come on now! I don’t have all day. Just give me my change! I tipped her the same 20% I always tip. But if somebody says yes they want their change, please just bring them all their change without all the back and forth.

I’ve been trying to use the app for over a week and it does not let me and I can’t even scan my receipt to get my rewards.

The app constantly glitches and rarely ever lets me make mobile orders and I have been unable to add any of my points from receipts of meals purchased in person. The interface looks great, but it just doesn’t function.

I’ve had the ap for years. Every once in a while trivia awards aren’t credited after they release an update. Please fix.

Every time I open the ap, it refuses to remember my login information. Then, after logging in, and moving to the Order section, it forces me to login again plus use a 2 step verification code via text message. And the size of the app is all wrong, as if it is displayed for the browser, rather than a streamlined & efficient app. Like, I can pinch to resize the screen; when no other app has that display option. Makes it very difficult to navigate, and more difficult to place an order for wings.

The app is pretty good. However, I constantly have had issues logging in for over a year now. It lets me log in to the page that pops up, but it refuses to transfer that log in to my app. Therefore I can’t play the trivia and have to do any orders through the app. Occasionally it’s let me access the app as intended, but then an update will happen and I’ll be left in the dark again.

This App hasn’t worked correctly in over a year. You cannot view your rewards. You cannot apply the Promos. The only function that works consistently is putting in your payment information. This is one of the reasons I stopped patronizing BWW. Apps should at minimum provide the above-mentioned conveniences.
