Communication problem

It's impossible to contact with someone when you face a problem during your payment process or during event.Although I've been trying to ask regarding overcharged ticket several times by mail in the app, no one has respond me so far. Unfortunately it's not a safe app to use your credit card , I would rather purchase my tickets in other platforms, sorry. It's a disappointed app.
