One of my favorite places to eat so glad the whopper hasn’t changed over the years

Awesome food awesome service and speedy as well love it on my busy work days

The Snowman Bk village game disappeared after the updated and reverted to the How to Train Your Dragon Night Fury photo and the meal. When I click on those, nothing happens. It’s supposed to be the SpongeBob meal right now and the winter snow Bk village. Updating the app messed everything up

Great service

Trying to find out who wrote the soundtrack to the in-app holiday hunt game. App’s UI is top-tier, smooth and easy to use. Visually appealing graphics and all that. But damn, they’re investing in their soundtrack composers. A+ lads.

Wasn’t able to make any customizations to my breakfast order, the app should allow for changing. Everything. I want to have it my way!

Driver was fantastic! He was early, and even knocked so that we knew the food had arrived. HE DID NOT LEAVE IT IN THE RAIN! How kind is that? The hash browns were still crisp, and the food was warm. Thank you!

My husband can’t have any kind of seeds at all. I’d love to use the app but unfortunately I can’t modify the order to add the potato bun as a substitute so I lose out on rewards and have to order thru the drive thru which I don’t mind but the rewards would be nice.

Almost every order I’ve had so far has been really good tasting food and fast service! Bk also has the best rewards and fun games and surveys to win crowns. Good app!

There is no option for Coke Zero. Could you please add this? Diet Coke is and option but I’m diabetic and Coke Zero is slightly better for me to drink. Thank you for your time and always being there when I get hangry. You rule!

The app works great except after I have placed my order, told the app I was there, and picked it up, I have a notification on my Home Screen telling me to notify the restaurant I’m there. And I’ve already picked up my. It doesn’t clear until the next day. Other than that, it works pretty well.

Most restaurants are doing okay with their lack of staff, my only concern is missing food when I get home. I’m sure (hope) they will get back to regular operations soon

I also couldn’t add cheese to the Impossible Burger

Two days in row the game is a waste of time and does not work in finding all four items.

Forget having it your way with this app. Or once you could request extra toppings for light condiments. You can’t even request condiments on the side; only sauces. And yeah, we may have had to pay extra for those heavy pickles/tomato/onion; but it was clearly stated upfront so there were no surprises. Now it’s there way or no way and screw the consumer.

The issues I am having with this app one it doesn't use the GPS very well to find out your location so it doesn't know if you're at the right Burger King customer service is a joke you can't talk to nobody about it I do not get my money back on the last purchase that they screwed up on I will be removing this app from my phone

I’m not sure what happened, but since updating my app a couple of weeks ago the app continues to freeze and states the offers are not available until a certain time of day, which are the times I am trying to redeem the offer. I have had to delete the app from my phone and reinstall it again only for it to temporarily fix the issue. I love BK, but these constant app issues are becoming bothersome and I have went to other food chains to eat instead due to this. I hope this issue is fixed soon be

Got home to discover they forgot my onion rings

This app refuses to allow me to plan a meal in the future, I literally just placed an order at 10:30 pm and now it says my order was for 7 PM , because that’s when i opened the app up originally, they need to fix this.
