Pushing level 950, and still enjoy the game. Sadly the most recent update got rid of a feature where if 2 characters hit the load area at the same time, filling it up, as long as one was the correct color it would load and dispatch the bus. That seems to be gone, which makes the casual/chill aspect leave and adds some stress and annoyance to it. It was still challenging before, now some levels just suck… Hope that part gets put back. Starting to think I may have to move on.

Very buggy lately, enjoy the game and want to purchase no-ads and also some daily coins deals but it won’t allow me. So I just play my 5 lives and move on, so sad I been playing for a few months now.

Jam is quite a challenge as you continue to load the buses. Really a good fun game. Thank you for providing the game to play and enjoy.

Very addicting

It is extremely frustrating that tiles you have either won or purchased are randomly removed throughout the game. I have lost games for this very reason. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

This is a fun and engaging game. I play it all the time. But it's expensive to play. If you get stuck, it's gonna cost you to move on. The packages are priced too high for how much you have to spend to get power ups.

I have loved this game!! However when you get to level 214, there aren’t enough orange passengers to finish. I’ve even spent money hoping by using the color dropper hint to pull an orange passenger from somewhere. But there isn’t one. I’ve exposed all the possible ones on the escalator as well. Not sure what to do at this point. I also can’t seem to find anywhere to get support on their website.

You guys need to start giving more coins again at the end of each round that you win. I don’t know why you changed it to only 10 coins. Either that or lower the amount of coins needed to buy boosts and extra tiles to keep playing levels. There should be no reason you need 500 coins to keeps playing or over 1000 coins for boosts but only 10 coins if you win a regular game. That is ridiculous. I would also suggest a daily rewards wheel or something.

The “no ads” for $7.99 is worthless…use a good Adblock VPN and save your money to buy something worthy
