Very great app especially if you’re also American and getting into gyaru fashion! One glitch is that when you open the app it’ll sometimes say “403 forbidden” and you have to refresh repeatedly for it to stop, hopefully this is fixed soon!!

Never before in my life have I purchased something online and then been informed I can’t have it, it will be disposed of, and I won’t be receiving a refund. Unethical. Buyee takes no responsibility for the customer experience and the app is laughably bad.

Buyee maybe a large service with a lot of users but it doesn’t feel like they skip out on them, the service is great, and the fees are lower than anywhere else. thank you.

I downloaded this app a while ago and made my first 2 purchases, everything went well and I just got them yesterday, it’s easy to buy stuff! The only things that slightly bother me is how slow the mobile app is, but I have a computer so I’m not too bothered, shipping is a lot though, but that’s understandable considering the high tariffs.

I’ve been to multiple gaming stores near me and they’re prices are way to expensive for my budget. A Game Boy Pocket is $150 Just by itself. and on this website, it’s only 30. Ive already bought a Black Nintendo DS For $18 with a charger and game for no extra charge. I recommend this app when buying handhelds for your collection :D

Great way to tap into the Japanese market and find some good deals if you know what you’re doing. App works fine but is a little clunky since it is just a condensed version of the website.

To many bots that automatically bid the same time you try to bid. I would really like to see the devs crack down on bots bidding in the app.

I like the app and it’s great for shipping internationally but the actual app itself is extremely slow and takes forever to load for me

As a collector of Japanese figures and games, this is always my go to for bidding and buying in general for products in Japan. They give you a broad range of delivery options, and they always delivered with care. I’ve messaged the customer service over simple questions or explanations, and they are always kind and fast at responding. My only problem is that they don’t have an auto translate (that I know of), which is fine, with a quick google search you’ll get the words you are looking for, and

The hidden fees are within the exchange rate. If you’re spending a few hundred , do the conversion on your web browser and compare it to the conversion that Buyee gives you. I didn’t know this until I was on my 5th purchase. They’ve taken about $500 in conversion markup fees and maybe more. I still like it and enjoy shopping with them.

I always use this app but every time I open the app after not using it for a couple days it logs me out of my account that’s kinda annoying

I don’t know if it’s just me but my login will never stay. I will login and then it will log me out and it’s annoying. The search isn’t as good as Neokyo, whatever you search will come up accurate but will Buyee it doesn’t.

I was unsure of using the app at first because it looked a little sketchy but I tried my hand at a few auctions and they do an amazing job!! It definitely takes a moment to understand the layout and time difference for auction timings but once I understood it was simple. Hats off to Buyee staff! My items arrived quickly and in exceptional packaging and quality so I was sure they took care in handling my items. My only qualms are about some of their prohibited items. Please add the ability to automatically open external links (e.g. viewing the listing directly on Yahoo Japan’s website) in a different browser so we can access in-app translation features

they let me buy a pc listing when it was already sold but not marked as out of stock. its not cool to play with someones emotions like that.
