Planean lanzar el app para conductor?
We had two taxis arriving with differing license plate. One driver of another one did not end the trip after we left causing an extended bill, which also does not appear in the app but only on the credit card bill. So these are two problems. Fraudulent behavior of drivers (as passenger there is jo way to stop the trip) and faulty book keeping in the app. Waiting on the processing my ticket.
La aplicación no permite colocar el código telefónico. Coloca el de Canadá 1-34 y no el de Puerto Rico 1-787 que es el mismo de EU. Uno le coloca el código que envían y no realiza el cambio.
The app is relatively simple to use and it worked very well except for one vital function. THE MAP! There was no accuracy with the map and at one point we had to guide our driver step-by-step via chat. Not the biggest deal in the world, but considering this is a location based ride service, you should fix the map.
Good app for travel in Spain and Spanish Speaking countries.
Straight forward application that does the job fast and easy at a time when you need to move from point A to point B and have no time to loose.

No te aparece tiempo a destino una vez que seleccionas el viste. Los conductores demoran muchísimo y el tiempo de espera se extiende sin que pase nada.

El servicio me ha gustado, lo único por mejorar es que el tiempo de espera por el servicio es de 5-10 minutos.
The map does not match the pickup place. For those people who are new to the airport or the station would have difficulties to meet the driver. Also only English speaking people may need directions in English.
We used the service three times in Seville, the drivers were very professional, polite, and helpful. Highly recommended.
Si uno está adentro de la casa toma la dirección de la calle de atrás y no la real. También cuando llegas a destino te dice siempre que tu destino es a la izquierda.

El app no recibio la direccion de donde parti. Me toco aceptar la del edificio de al lado. Y no se porque cambio tambien la direccion de destino. Afortunadamente el conductor no tuvo problema de ajustarla.
Was hesitant at the airport to try but loaded the app and awAy we went. Price was €20 vs €35 with a curb taxi. A nice welcome to Barcelona!

I am trying to verify my phone number but it’s not sending me a SMS. My SMS works on my phone. Also tried to verify via email but it’s not sending me an email either. Customer service has not helped. Maybe tech support here can do something?
