Clean app It’s easy but kind of confusing too Videos available if your not sure of an exercise Thought it would have more exercise plans from beginner to advanced Be nice if there was a recommended guideline to follow “like hey here’s how you should use this app”

Great App

After many years of doing Convict Conditioning this is the perfect app for my Veterano program. The latest update, which accurately progresses unilateral exercises, closes the last gap for me.
