When I try to play on my phone, it asks me to register, but then it says that it’s not available. Help!

Has happened four times now. If any of the bots gets a special hand, the score is shown, but all play is frozen.

The more I play the Solitaire game, the more I find that the Computer gives the winning edge to the opponents.

This is a great app.

Why, for the past two nights has the game networked? It says not connected to Internet. And it’s just snapped me that it says that. Two of my friends alsoI’m getting the same pop-up box. What’s going on?

Incorrectly adds meld points and doesn’t recognize certain specials. Last version was better.

Glad the developers are bringing in new options to the App. The audio chat feature means when we play our game we don’t have to be on our cell phones to chat with our friends and when I play with new people you can get a clearer picture of who they are rather than just a screen name! That can be enlightening! Great way to make new friends.

When playing the robots:- Why did my partner not meld when they had enough points? Why can’t I decide to throw out 3s so I can have a special hand?

I subscribed to canasta junction recently. I used to play with other canasta apps, but the rules on those are usually for classic canasta, very confusing… learned about this app after taking a canasta cruise with the American League. Now I can play online with the people I met on the ship!

I enjoy playing this game but as a Solitaire player against the computer I feel like the cards aren’t distributed evenly from the draw deck. Most of the time, I get a 4, 5, or 6, which isn’t realistic and makes playing not as much fun. I don’t feel the cards are random.

It’s either slower or a bit choppy.

Wont up grade there is know button to up grade I have an iPad and I have 4.6 tell me how to up grade to 4.7

Only reason not 5 stars is that robot takes deck at every opportunity even when it means being hung for no reason (even double hung)since there are not enough turns to discard 7s or Aces.

This is the most frustrating Apple I’ve ever dealt with. You tell us to upgrade to 4.5 and don’t show us how to do it. I’ve gone through everything possible to try to upgrade this and cannot find the button to push. I’ve upgraded on the app but it doesn’t show that it’s a 4.5. It still says it’s a four so please help we have a game tonight and no one can download the new Siri thank you Terry W.

I am not able to discard or pick the pack with the low cards on the left side. They just won’t move cover to the board. It’s very frustrating. Please fix this asap. Thanks

I really enjoy playing Canasta Junction solitaire. But I feel that you really should know it is unfair. The way you have it set up that the opposing team always goes down and usually always wins. I think you should think about that and make the game a little Fairer

In the solitary game, my partner creates a special hand in the middle of the game and it overwrites the open hands on the table. When the game is almost done and everyone used up all jokers my partner opens a joker canasta - it happens all the time !

I’ve been playing your game for awhile and have found when partnering with the computer it doesn’t go down with a wild card canasta. Several times I’ve been at 180 and when game is over, the computer has 180 in wild cards but hasn’t gone down. Very frustrating.

There is a glitch with taking the pack with an ace. It does not accept it during a game and only permits aces when opening.

Why fix it if it’s not broke! New version is too crowded and cards too small.

Why don’t you get to use the last card? My partner and I had a closed canasta and 6 wild cards on the board. The last card was a wild card and it wouldn’t let my partner use it to close and go out. Some other friends have had that happen with last card.

In addition, during solitaire the partner holds onto 7s much much longer than any normal partner. Between that and the ridiculous number of special hands that occur, the solitaire feature has lost its appeal.

happy with the changes but I still cannot use my apple pencil which I used in the first issuance. Why is this an issue? I love using the pencil and would love to know why this is even a problem. Please work to solve this and the new version will be perfect🤗

Learned to play during COVID. We had so much fun. I love this game. I never thought I’d become addicted, but I most definitely am. I bring my pad everywhere!

Great way to practice

The app is easy to use and plays well however there are way too many special games. Everyone can’t open with wild CANASTA’s twice a day In the first two cards. Having the chat is nice. There are a lot of very one-sided games

Love game but many problems with software

Placing the “Hand Complete” chart over the board annoyingly and unnecessarily prevents players, particularly Canasta learners, from fully reviewing and evaluating the scoring. Please either find a separate place to show the “Hand Complete” info, or give players the ability to toggle the chart on or off.

Love the game, wish you could fix this while playing solitaire, the computer picks the pack at the end of the game and we get stuck with 7,s and Aces and lose lots of points

This is great fun to play in bed by yourself just to practice

Great…..so much fun

Numerous times the partner - computer 2 - could have melded, discarded aces, or played a 7 but did not. Whoever wrote the program did not play canasta well if at all.

The computer sill has some bugs to work on, but enjoyable most of the time!

God bless the designers of Canasta Junction! I play with the computer everyday, and it adds to the quality of my life, keeping my mind stimulated! My playing has improved, and I am enjoying being on level 63.

Opening a new account because too many safety verifications

I’ve been enjoying this app for several years and while not perfect, the game play was quite good. Since the last update however, I’ve been unable to log back in or even create a new login. So sadly it’s become unplayable for me.
