I love the game but I like playing with sounds. At one time it did then I had to mute it for a few days but then when I tried to turn it back on, nothing. So I downloaded it on my laptop and it had sound but for some reason the app on my phone still doesn’t have sound. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled and still nothing. I’ve cleared the cache and nothing. I’ve restarted my phone and nothing. I’d really enjoy it even more if the sound was back

I smile while I play I like the visual so far I just started back I like playing SOLO and NOT with TEAMS. I play to relax my mind for a while. Since 2005 this game at least some things remain the same and the new additions I don’t use Facebooks and I don’t intend too and NEVER WILL! Those types of apps I never trust either!

It’s ridiculous how much you charge for this fun. .99 occasionally is ok. I’ll do that. But you charge way too much for way too little help!

I very much dislike the Credit Karma ads. They open up in Safari AND the App Store several times when you click on the X to close the page.

I’ve been playing this game since before the style changed and I was wondering if anyone remembers it having a plot? I remember when we had to look for this girls missing sister and now I’ve spent 100 levels with nothing. Overall a good game that I still enjoy but please bring back the plot

Listen to your users! Many of us liked the bubblegum king, why did you delete it??? Bring it back and retire rescue buddies that no one likes!

I really enjoy the game. Recently it will go black when trying to watch and ad for extra play. I’m close to completing the task and then can’t play anymore until I go out altogether. It’s frustrating and I can’t find any help. When I go back in I have the start at the beginning of that game. Otherwise I enjoy the game.

Had to reload game, but lost all my previous status

The playing area is too small. It’s difficult to differentiate between yellow icons.

8/10 times it blacks out when going to watch an ad for gifts.

It’s very irritating when you almost win a level and freezes kicking you out and you lose the level as well as your rewards you had it makes you want to delete the game

Love the game but when I request lives from my team, I click to claim them and if I close the request window it doesn’t populate my lives. Also three times or more now the game closes when I’m in the arcade and try to claim my prizes. It’s a fun game but very irritating that I’m losing power up’s and lives constantly.

I love this game and spend money on my power ups. Your fish should not get to use them. I’ve been playing this game a long time and it used to be random and now it’s not. Please give me my power ups back that I pay for!!!!

Please stop with the Kimmy requests on every level.

When I’m finished a game before it will let me get to next one I have to sit through so much junk… please fix it so it will go immediately to next level. Some people don’t have time to watch 5-10 minutes of “Kimmy” jumping around trying to get you to do stuff!!! Also quit asking every 2 minutes to befriend Kimmy… I’m ready to delete this game and Go to one that lets you play the game not sit through all the crap you make us watch…. Otherwise game is fun!! Thanks

I love candy crush soda and really all the candy crush sagas but this one keeps crashing and every time you beat a level you get bottles that give you power ups for new levels, and when the game crashes I lose all my bottle collections and start off with zero. Like I lost the level and I didn’t . If y’all could fix it then I would have no complaints.

This game is a nice and relaxing but can be difficult at some times. My grandma is the one who has CandyCrushSaga and CandyCrushSoda, which are both the games I have. I guess my 65 year old grandma influenced me, an 11 year old girl to play these games! I recommend this game to everyone! Truly yours, Isabella <3

It’s a good game and will keep you occupied. You will need to pay to win levels beyond 100 though

I love this game. It's my favorite out of all of them. However, the game crashes quite often on hard levels when I have my 5-win streak bonus going. It is then gone, thus the level is harder to beat. My phone is updated, the game is updated, I don't understand why it does that.

I bought the deluxe pass and never received the contents.

I started the pride season and I claimed the 60 gold bars and it’s not there.

Love the game! Sadly I was at top of leader board and it was not giving me credit for making wrapped candy. So I guess I am going to not win. Not fair when all others are getting their point.

It’s hilarious to me that the game always crashes when my streak is at 4 or 5..then I go back in and have to start all over🙄

It’s a fun game but on level 1260 there is just not enough opportunities or rewards that you can get gold bars unless you purchase! There should be better rewards

I only play games that I don’t have to pay to succeed in and this is my issue with this game.

When I try to use the extra moves at the end of play my screen turns blank. Could someone please check to see why because I can never finish play. Thanks

Highly upset! I’ve been playing this game for many years have spent a lot of money on here because I do love to play the game but today I made a $20 purchase that included 12hr unlimited lives and within 2 mins of me playing my unlimited lives went from 12hrs to 1min of unlimited lives..that’s so messed up to me. I’ve reached out to try to get help but no response…I never make another purchase on here again smh And
