I specifically go only when Rob is on staff he’s very professional, great bedside manner, well-versed, and an asset to carbon health

Would love to be able to use it in landscape mode on the iPad so I can use the keyboard. Otherwise great for tracking and providing info to healthcare provicers

Can you please add SafeArea to top? I see buttons on clock and status are that I cannot click

great app but anytime the keyboard pops up to manually type messages the keyboard blocks the area where the submit button is and there’s no way to hide the keyboard. frustrating to get to 97% on a health survey and then have to skip it.

I redownloaded this app and it’s become super buggy. Appointments made on the app don’t show up at actual locations. Graphics are out of wack on the messaging section. Information from appointments is very laggy and does not appear for a day or two

Arriving somewhere feeling ill is never a great feeling. I was well the weight wasn’t terribly long, despite the holiday and Doctor Jancay was efficient and got me back feeling better in the shortest amount of time for any visit I have had. My prescriptions were waiting at the pharmacy, I couldn’t ask for more. It was a pleasure under the circumstances to go to Carbon health.

Great doctors with great communication

App look great - can see past appointments , yadiya, but can’t access documents, and no way to contact support. Support page has info like “how to access billing” and @how to change pronouns” but no actual way to get assistance
