Great device but needs work

Who ever works on this app, you do an amazing job but my girlfriend and I got the PRO and we try to pair to the app when we are Bluetooth connected already to the device and the app says it doesn’t see anything. If you could fix that then this app would be amazing

Subpar and half-baked

What a disappointment. You’d think with hundreds of dollars invested in buying their hardware that the app would be excellent, nope. It worked (kinda) on my iPhone 13pro, my new iPhone 17 pro? The app is useless. Now the unit is called something completely different in Bluetooth.

Very inconsistent

Half the time the app will recognize my packtalk edge even when it is paired to my iPhone. Very frustrating
