The burgers are here are still delicious. Sometimes you have to ask for light sauce but other than that they are still Carl’s Jr. style. The only difference is they have gotten a lot higher in pricing, but if you look through your rewards and sign up, you get some really good deals.

The food is always so fresh and hot! And you have many options for pick up and delivery and is super convenient. That updates are on track and on point! Thank you for the work you do!

Need to add support for Apple Pay as a payment method for in app prrchases. Also some of your locations are not doing delivery orders can you change this to require all locations to do delivery orders this way orders can be prepared and delivered in a reasonable amount of time and not having to use a location tha may be after away adding time and distance for a order to be delivered.

App itself functions well enough, no complaints. Big annoyance is the notifications - every time you click on a notif, it will open up your browser to launch the “Download App” card from the App Store. Turned off notifs to avoid the frustration of having to cancel out the App Store pop up, close the browser tab, then launch the app lol

Even tho there’s no beyond anymore I still love Carl’s Jr lol. Food always fresh and clean restaurant. Bathrooms are clean too. ☺️

Staff was on point and helpful burgers are always good

The user interface is a little different to navigate.

Placed my first order with the mobile app. Received an email confirming the online order was received. Arrived at the restaurant and no order. Ordered inside at the counter as the restaurant had NOT received the order. Not reliable.
