This app was great in keeping us informed about what activities were taking place, allowed us to plan dinner selections, track our spending and communicate easily with travel companions. LOVE the app

App is very helpful trying to find something to do and to eat. The chat option is nice too but does not always go through or replies don’t come through

Amazing app to use

I have never been on a cruise in knowing that I was able to chat with my mom and my friends that I went on. It was really nice to know because I knew where they were and I knew where everybody else was and they knew where I was so it was a very good communication app, especially and you also get to know what you’re doing on that day or you can plan excursions and all that and I think this was one of the things that’s gonna make me do it again so it is the best app I have ever had going forward.

Loved the app. Made it so much easier to find our way around the ship, and knowing everything about the places to eat. And EVERYTHING!!! Loved it

It’s our first family cruise trip and we are having a blast and thankful to all the employees specially Jessica ,Hanna,sagita they are the best server team

The app takes forever to load if it loads at all.

This app is amazing we were using it for everything including the chat. We only paid $5 and were able to chat with everyone that was on the cruise with us. I like how if I check that I’m going to a show it shows the others what my interest is. Carnival Hub App is the best!!

The app was extremely helpful and made everything easy. I pulled up my photos, checked on my account. Saw the food, drinks and happenings. I also added my photos to wall of moments.

We did a seven day cruise on horizon last week and for the most part the app worked pretty well and we used it a lot to check out. Ships happenings and event events. We also had “my time” dining, which required us to check in on the app. We could usually check in, but the time never counted down and when we restarted the app, it just circled and circled like it was loading. On no night could we get it to work. We just had to check in in person with the hostess and hope we didn’t have to wait 30

Highly recommended to all travelers on Carnival cruise.

Helps greatly with navigating the carnival ship, dinner, buffett, shops, shoes and crucial information related to our off board excusions. Very easy to use and great information provided. Thanks Carnival for providing this amazing service for our cruise.

Carnival was so fun I got to eat burgers and went to a ball I I'm looking forward to going back aging to redo it all over and over

This app is great. It lets you go through all activities and pick the ones that you want to participate in and you are notified when the activities are about to start. You can do anything from this app.

This app comes in handy while you’re on your cruise. It has a day by day agenda.

The app was easy to use. I just wish they would show you where the ship was on the app. Already looking to book our next cruise.

Needs a tone for notifications, how am I supposed to know when I get a message in the chat , there’s no alerts, the message just shows up and waits until you happen to glance at your phone

I feel this was a great way to know what was going on around the ship. Definitely download before you go. Because without internet you are kind of lost. You were able to at least get the weather.

The app works great when the wifi works. It was nice knowing what was happening and the menu for the day!!

Loved that all info was right on phone. Just kept kicking us off, had to keep going in settings to sign on again.

The app worked very well on the ships WiFi. It works with the app alone if you don’t end up purchasing WiFi on the ship. You have to place your phone into airplane mode and the WiFi will connect on the app for free and works all throughout the ship. It had the schedules for food and entertainment. I will definitely use the app on my next cruise.

Really liked it! A huge help while onboard.

The app worked great throughout our cruise, it was very easy to find activities and check in for dining. Overall my first cruise with carnival was fantastic.

The Wi-Fi was always logging out. Had to sign back in every time I opened the app. Paid $5 for chat with friends! Never received the messages unless I signed back in. (Which would be sent from friends and received half hour to an hour later).

Simple and easy to use.

The app was great let you know what was going on what time it was going on where it was going on although openings to the food and bars and it even offered a chat where you could stay in touch with your cruising buddies. Thanks carnival

We were able to manage our schedules and reserve our meals on the app while still doing some separate events. Very helpful. Loved it!

This app was awesome well I was on a carnival cruise it let me go around the ship and do what I wanted to do and it told me a lot of stuff that’s going but I had to take away a star because of carnival connection it was so bad on my way back.

The app worked fine for my needs which were minimal. It was nice to have the restraint menu at my finger tips each day. It would have been nice to be able to access it as soon as we checked in as we had a 3 hour wait to get our Sail n Sign Card. Perhaps I missed something but I couldn’t sign in until I had the number on the card.
