The process was easy. But I would’ve preferred someone reach at some point to be able to answer questions. I literally haven’t talk to no one.

The pics are super small and the end user has ZERO ability to zoom in and look at details, which for someone buying a car they’ve never seen an absolute disservice. Also, Toyota and Lexus have many many many recalls on the 3.5 V6 twin turbo yet Carvana keeps advertising these vehicles for sale with again, ZERO indication, that they are selling a bad motor. DO BETTER, CARVANA. DO BETTER.

I’ve used Carvana twice, and I will never go through the hassle of a traditional dealership ever again. From start to finish; their process is incredibly seamless, and the service is fantastic. Autopay is simple to adjust and they make it easy if you ever need to delay a payment through their promise to pay program. Can’t recommend Carvana enough!

Looking for to a good buy

Joey is very professional and fluent with the language of Carvana. His patience is most definitely a virtue. I am greatly satisfied, to have 20 minutes for his human voice, live and in color

App is okay, but others are better. There’s no setting to get notified when a new car shows up in your saved search. Also from the app, it’s hard to find your saved searches. Please add these features.

I can’t say enough good things about Carvana every time it’s been quick, hasslefree card lived up to expectations. Everything was handled very quickly, very professionally and very truthfully. I just purchased my third vehicle I would go no other place ever to buy a car used car in Carvana highly highly recommend.

Carvana is amazing

The carvana experience has been great. My only irritation with the loan payment software is that i can find no way to make an additional principal payment. I find that with other lending institutions. They want us to just pay the payments and interest

1. App lets you schedule delivery for next day and then you get an email telling you the documents weren’t uploaded by the due date (due date being the day prior to your order date??!?) and the delivery gets canceled. 2. The down payment/delivery fee is required to come from a bank account (whereas dealers would allow for a one time charge for down payment or tax, title & registration fees to come from a credit card)
