Fantastic items

We are setting up a historic house in France and have used Catawiki extensively to furnish the place. Almost all of our lighting and special items are from the auctions, and we obtained furniture from them as well. We are very happy with everything. They have a good system in place. They continually improve. Highly recommend.

Issues

Work needed as Customer Service has really deteriorated over time. They charge more than many auctions by charging both sides of the transaction. Unfortunately if an item does note match the two dimensional photo for Banknotes’s there is little you can do. I do use the app to buy but have slow walked listing, due to the customer service issues. Invest in customer service and I will return.
