This title doesn’t live up to Kairosoft’s well-deserved reputation. There are so many half-baked and poorly executed mechanics that the overall package seems like a hot mess. Which is sad, because the core idea has a lot of potential! After finishing the game (8hrs playtime), I still cannot explain how things are supposed to work. Or why you would ever want to build most of the things you unlock. So I’d recommend you sit this one out, and get back to maxing out your Dungeon Village 2 save. You

Took me a bit to get into it but this one is more addicting than the others

Since this game came out I've been trying to ignore this because of the bad reviews. but the whole game is completely different from Dungeon Village2. And different grind too. Who ever made that bad review is a big troll for doing us dirty like that 😅. This game have potential, proper strategy and grind you can get an S hero early game!

Great game very addicting

Haha this is a really good game, thank you, definitely beyond worth the price. Simple and elegant. Time to get dirty digging!

This game is definitely not the best the studio has created. HOWEVER… start the game, name your cave “your butthole”. The amount of laughs you will get makes it so much better. 10-10 would dive into “your butthole” again and again.

But gets very repetitive

I absolutely adore Kairosoft and most of the games they make; I check their store frequently and rarely hesitate to buy games when they come out. This one didn’t tickle my fancy quite as much. Most Kairosoft games have many different things you can do to progress, but this one is pretty unidirectional

It’s not my favorite of the Kairosoft titles but I am enjoying the fact they are trying new things and I’m never bored and excited for each game release.

A bit different from the typical kairosoft game. I don’t regret buying and playing it but it is not as good as previous kairosoft games. The rpg dungeon crawler aspects were very fun but the management was all over the place.

I hesitated playing due to the negative reviews across the web, but I’m glad I did as it’s one of the few kairo-games I’ve chosen to do new games+. It was definitely different than most of their games, but I really enjoyed the break from their tried and true method. It was a lot of fun unlocking all of the floors and buildings, and I appreciated having the combos unlock when you unlocked the building. The usual Kairosoft fare of great graphics around a simple play style and outcome. There’s a fair bit of watching involved in this one, and perhaps a little less interaction than others, but it scratches the itch well enough.

You see here what happens when a developer isn’t allowed to fully program all the concepts into a cohesive unit. All great elements are here but you don’t need to do anything ever than buy one weapon. So uncoordinated. So much potential here. I feel like dungeon village 2 (same developer) perfected this model. Try that one out first.

Absolutely love the game

I buy almost every game they put out… this is the only one I regret. Doesn’t have that same spark, feels like a completely different company made this one.
