We can’t thank I Made (our stateroom 9121 houseman) enough for finding one of my favorite diamond emerald earrings. I didn’t even know it was missing until I found it placed safely on my night stand. I Made didn’t even mention it, but I knew he found it and placed it safely in the open so I could retrieve it. I Made is a very honest and honorable man and should be recognized for his stellar service and kindness. Thank you I Made 🙏

Best vacay ever!

We truly enjoyed our trip. It was truly amazing Thank you to all the crew. Especially Carolyne,Mel and Rolando in the Retreat Vimal our butler Olena our attendant We really appreciate them and the rest of the crew. I will definitely cruise with celebrity again.

I love the app l! I checked what was going on each day. We also checked the menu for dinner as well. A must when on the cruise!

Service on two days was provided only once.

Very professional, nice clean

Lots of very helpful information navigating times of shows and events. The messages part is intuitive. Also, couldn’t find the dinner menu’s on the app and shore excursions descriptions were to vague. Would like more details.

Outstanding Cruise

Just started our journey from NewYork to Iceland on the Eclipse. Great food and service - left Halifax - now on our way to St John

When I downloaded the app it had my basic cruise info. The app is so easy use.

Our previous Celebrity cruise was on the Apex. It was such a wonderful experience that we decided to go Celebrity again. Looking forward to another amazing weekend with Celebrity.

I have written this in several reviews on Celebrity and I’m hoping that they someday make a change to their planner. If you have events such as captains club events, you cannot enter them into the calendar. This makes it very easy to forget about the event and miss out.

This is our fifth cruise & first on the Apex. Definitely, the BEST ship & crew to cruise with. We are having a blast! This may be our first, but hopefully it will not be our last. KUDOS to our captain and the crew of this amazing team ❤️

It was a fun filled week. Lots is entertainment, music was excellent, and excursions were superb!

The whole trip was perfect! Our stateroom attendant was kind and respectful but most importantly he kept our room ready for us no matter the time of day. Darwin represented Celebrity well. We sail again in June to Alaska, our second cruise there with Celebrity and bringing friends for their first EVER cruise! We are hooked on you…..

Easy to navigate

I get a time to update App, sends me to App Store , no choice to update It’s a cycle of not being able to log in and not able to update I expect Royal are losing millions where passengers cannot access the app to purchase items

The staff was excellent. Our butler and cabin attendant were well trained and attended to us professionally. The food and wait staff were all that one could expect. The ship is beautiful. What more need one say.

I have sailed on Celebrity many times From the beginning to the end it is the best service. The food, the waiters, the staff that cleans your room, the excursions, to the nightly shows… I Could go on and on but just trust me. It’s the best!

The App is a good one, but I wish we could see reviews on the excursions as on the web.

The UX is pretty poor. Bad icons etc. the functionality is solid though.

The site is focused on future marketing and very little information on what is included with out additional cost. I’ve never cruised with Celebrity, what is offered at no additional cost? An itinerary of things to do would be helpful.

Wasn’t a big fan of Bimini or the ship Reflection Think we’ll stick with Royal and there itinerary

Please allow iOS 16.7.7 to use this app. Starting today it keeps popping up that I must update my app but can’t. Thank you. The older phones are not on iOS 17.
