I get my blender on every other week at the Catholic cloud location at Delaware Avenue. All the phlebotomist are very professional. to make an appointment is very easy through the portal. Wait times are minimal.

Unfortunately I had to spend an uncomfortable night lying in a gurney in the noisy emergency room as there were no hospital beds available on the 5th floor. No sleep at all.

Great job on the software and links even to my Apple Watch

I have used this app for more than two years and it will not verify my cell phone number other than that. It’s a good app.

I have been going to this Catholic Health since I was 26 I am now 58. They have really been there for me especially after I got cancer. You can keep looking but you will not find better doctors

This portal is extremely easy to use. It’s a little bit difficult for family members but once you have access and can follow everything the updates are very easy reports meds statuses extremely helpful. Seems to be the best patient portal.

Laparoscopic surgery for 2 hernias - that was my procedure, The Surgical Associates is the first place I went. From the first pre surgery labs all the way to the last appointment when the bandage was removed, I don’t have a single complaint. veryone I dealt with from the very beginning to the last appointment when my bandage was removed.. everyone was patient and kind. Overall, I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience and I felt that I was well cared for. My surgeon was Dr Rurik Johnson

Had the unfortunate need to go to Catholic health, but what an amazing experience they were not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they were also empathetic and passionate about caring for my mother-in-law. What a top-notch establishment. Thank you for such great customer service and bedside manner.

Did a very good job

Extremely easy to use all your information is in there for your private use. And if you use face or fingerprint, you don’t have to remember a DAMN. Password that doesn’t work every time you use a patient portal thank you Catholic health.

Dr Song was very kind and attentive. Asked questions and explained everything well.

i am so thrilled with the thought of this being at the touch of my finger tips !! i can schedule appointments without wait times on the phone , speak with my doctor and be up to date on everything that is going on with me etc & i love that. it is easy to navigate and everything !!

Easy to navigate and use although some of the tabs within the main headings could be a little easier to identify but not too complicated to figure out. it’s very good and reliable app overall so I give 5 stars.

Awesome app and service

The app is ok. I prefer the internet on my laptop/desktop though Chrome. Easier for me to maneuver around.
