18 Positive User Reviews for ChargeHub EV Charge Point Map

Charge Hub User

I like ChargeHub because the app allows me to easily search by region using the filter settings to zoom in on the charging solution that works best for me and my wife.

Needs Explanation

This app shows a lot of charging stations but sometimes it shows tesla but those are only for Teslas, not cars that use the Tesla adapter!

Find your plug

Need a charge and looking for a place to plug in? This app will show you the way!

Great for cross country trips.

I’ve used this app so much and have come to depend on it. Up to date info with reviews and you can use filters so that you only see level three chargers. I like the graphics too.

The usual “works until you try to use any features” app experience

I tried to write a review of a bad experience I had with a charging station. Wrote the whole thing up, realized it had “lost” the checkmark next to negative experience flag. Tapped it again, and app erased a paragraph I had written. Look, if you are depending on crowd-provided info, you’d better make sure you treat your crowd members nicely.

Good Updates

Super program.

Best EV Charge App so far

I’ve tried like five different apps, and honestly, some are way worse than others when it comes to giving you useful info. This one totally stands out—it shows all available charging stations, even the ones they don’t directly support. You get details on charging speed levels, whether it’s free or paid, and it doesn’t matter if you’re a subscriber or not. Super helpful and way more transparent than the rest.

Map

Doesn’t always come on

Awesome

Helps finding charging stations

App is a money saver

I love this app. I was so scared when I bought my new car because of chargers I thought would be free but this app can filter free only, plug types etc. turns out I have free chargers 7 minutes from my house and job so I charge them while I’m doing nothing

Great app!

If you own an EV or PHEV you must have this app!

Good first time use

Used app for my first ever EV rental to find charging stations in Riverside, Maryland. Worked well.

Good customer service

Called customer service when the port was down, and he walked me through it with the app! Also told them when the other port is down and he is going to report it to get fixed!

Not helpful

These maps/guides are not useful unless they indicate charge points available to the general public

4 Negative User Reviews for ChargeHub EV Charge Point Map

Poor Quality

These are very slow chargers. You would think that would work for a tourist place right. Get out walk around for hours while it charges then be ready when it’s time to go. Nope. It was a waste of $40. Literally only got like 3% more charge. 😂 And the app is so poor quality. I wouldn’t use this one again. People that was there were trying to figure out what the app was called that went with them and then after downloading it was such a hassle. It was just poorly thought out.

Currency Conversion Fee

I mistakenly downloaded this rather than the app associated to the charging device due to the similarity in names. This app works but beware that your bank may charge you currency conversion fees for any money you spend with the app if you are in the United States.

Public Access

Hate it when you get there and find out it is restricted access What kind of stupid app can’t filter it?

Can’t even get started

Could not figure out how to use it, e.g., find stations with my connectors, until I left a one-star review. Then the response couldn’t get my name right, but I was able to set the filters.
