Needs some updates
This app is great and helps a lot for when needing to charge but it would be nice if it showed the percentage on the car that is plugged in.
Charging Great! for EV,Tesla
since i started coming here there always a plug available.
Love it
Love it. So easy to use
So far quite acceptable.
I’ve stuck to this app the majority of the time. Seems to be the most reliable network so far.
best of all the options we got
compared to evgo, electrify america, blink, volta, and so on, chargepoint is the only one that understands what user interface is. its the only charger where you wont raise your blood pressure trying to plug in your car. both the card and the iwallet unlock stations, said stations unlock like you would expect, and when you plug in, the app updates as fast as the charger. the fast chargers ive seem from chargepoint also have good placement, so the cord doesn’t have to be wrestled with
Great App!
Great app! Charging can be controlled remotely. Seamlessly integrates home charging and public charging. Even estimates the costs of home charging.
Quick & convenient
Completely satisfied with locations & ease of use!
Love it!
Super easy and great detailed info.
Responding
I am pleased with the app because it shows me everything I need to know. From charging update to the History of my payments.

Payment issues
The app does not like to keep Apple Pay info updated which forces you to constantly have to “update your payment method.” Very inconvenient. Especially when in an area without great service.
Why can’t we see charge percentage complete when looking for a charger?
Two stars because yeah it charges my car, but user experience has been stagnant.
With how competitive it is trying to get a charger these days, why can’t I see in app when I’m looking for a charger how far along the “in use” charger is? If I can see they are close to finished maybe I’ll go wait by that one, but if they are at 20% I’ll go somewhere else. Why do you make me waste time driving to the location, get out of my car, walk to their charger and see how far along their charge is?
