I get 90% of my pets needs from Chewy. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is top notch. However, their app is TERRIBLE! It is extremely slow and locks up ALL THE TIME! It takes several tries for me to place an order due to these issues. I will continue to shop with them because of their prices, deals, customer service and quick delivery time. Although, I wish the shopping experience wasn’t so difficult and frustrating.

I like how they make everything so easily accessible, and I've only had to talk to customer service once before i got the app and she was so very nice. If I ever get another animal I won't forget you Chewy!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Chewy is. They always send my pups birthday cards and when I recently lost my big dog Bailey at 16 they sent me a very compassionate sympathy card. That meant so much to me. They are amazing caring people. Plus my pup gets so excited when a Chewy box comes!

i was going thru the "favorites" section. my needs have changed, was deleting some. got to the end. shopped a bit. decided to view favorites again and behold! about 15 in there didn't show up at all the first time i went thru the list 5 minutes earlier. ios 26.1 please fix. invisible items lose sales.

I just want to say chewy has greatly impressed me. I ordered cat food and was not only able to apply chewy coupons To lower the immensely But my package arrived early and in great condition. Thank you chewy and I would recommend 1000 times again!!

I had to call Chewy to see if I had used a gift card or not. They picked up the phone within two rings, I was anticipating being put into voicemail jail and then once out of there holding for a customer service representative for 20 minutes. It was quite refreshing to have my call answered immediately, and the customer service representative was incredibly courteous, helpful, and even provided me with a small discount without my asking for the purposes of Goodwill. Chewy always gets it right. If they don’t they have no problem fixing the problem. Always fast with orders. Representatives are alway professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Love that they always asks about your pet. Chewy makes everything so easy for the customer and the pet. I like how they tell you if you get the wrong item, just donate it to pets who are less fortunate. My opinion is they are the best. The others can’t compete with Chewy. Total perfection always.

Their prices are great and to include shipped to my home. Free shipping with a $50 order which is nice, and if there is a problem with your order they fix it. I have had excellent service, and I don’t have to go to the store and haul it home myself. This is a great service!

The shipments are always on time and the one time the package got lost, customer service expedited another one to us fast so we didn’t run out of food. Very happy customer!(and 5 fur babies)

Downloaded the app and it lagged, incredible clunky, slow. Crashed numerous times. Uninstalled and reinstalled but did not help.

Yes I know I can turn them off but then I won’t be notified of my deliveries. I have gotten 3-4 notifications today alone. Fire your marketing team
