Best Chick-fil-A ever is on Madison Avenue in Sacramento. They have never not ever gotten anything wrong on my orders and I come here a lot! Always without exception awesome food, served up by the nicest people ever.

I don’t have a lot of food apps but this app makes it much easier to dodge those long wait times. Having my order ready within 10 mins and great customer service. I’ve had this app for over 6 years and I love the rewards.

You can’t see the cart after adding items to catering order on the app

It has been a little hard for me to go to upload receipt tab since it is hidden and there is no clue at all where that is. In general a good app but this needs to be addressed

One day Chick-fil-a is gonna own America the way that Amazon and Walmart do and I’m gonna fully support it.

I have a lg family there is 7 of us so my order is usually a good size. So I understand things get crazy at your restaurant. But I would say 50% of the time our order is missing something or we received something we did not order. Mistakes happen but I spend a good amount most times we visit your place so I would ask for a little bit better service. Thank you and we still like eating there ! Signed ….. 7 of us 😃

Easy to navigate. Very little margin for error. Easy to save your individual favorites, or full meals to reorder. Great app- nothing negative to add.

There is no way to sign out of one account and sign back into a different account. It signs in through the “website” and auto logs in to the most recent sign in.

Drive thru service has always been so amazing. So polite and great service at checkout. Food always well cooked and great taste.

Doesn't work with a bunch of servers from my VPN provider. Until I get a server that works, app will redirect me to login which then redirects me to a page that reads: " We're sorry We're having trouble logging you in. You may have entered an incorrect email address or password, so please try again. Or you may have reached the maximum number of accounts for this device. In that case, please sign in with a previously accessed account."

The app doesn’t show my transaction history and only gives an error. I’ve reported it to support months ago, requested contact, never contacted, still doesn’t work. Now the favorite restaurants function doesn’t work either. It says to tap the heart, which I do, and it never saves them. For a multi billion dollar corporation you would think they could get these simple functions to work properly.

I love Chick-fil-A and would have rated their prior app versions as near perfect. A couple of weeks ago I updated all apps, including CFA. The next time I went to use it, all my prior saved favorite restaurants were gone! Every one of 12-15 restaurants between Florida and North GA. Still has the section for favorites but no listings. Gone! Be careful about the update - it’s got a bug!

The last two orders that I placed using the app I couldn’t complete. I selected my items, used a reward for one, and went to check out. I selected my wallet first and then a credit card stored and the app couldn’t complete the transaction. It reported an error. I had to order with an employee.
