Always fresh.

Had my Mobile order ready, and was curious what CarPlay would do. It deleted my order from my phone so I couldn’t check-in. The store didn’t even have record of the order. But the store was nice and did their best as usual. So don’t have CarPlay option if it doesn’t work.

From the convenience of the app and point to the friendly servers and amazing food. One of my favorite spots hands down!

Still my go-to restaurant when I want something quick and delicious!!!

The line was long but it went smoothly and quickly.

I love this place so much! There food always taste good and fresh and sometimes that is hard to find. The people are so so so nice and I look forward to to seeing everyone every time I go!

Best Chick-fil-A ever is on Madison Avenue in Sacramento. They have never not ever gotten anything wrong on my orders and I come here a lot! Always without exception awesome food, served up by the nicest people ever.

Never tried chick filet before I worked in the mall . Now it’s my favorite. I usually pack my lunch but it’s good to know when I forget that there right here

Not user friendly redeeming rewards

Easy to use and quick

I don’t have a lot of food apps but this app makes it much easier to dodge those long wait times. Having my order ready within 10 mins and great customer service. I’ve had this app for over 6 years and I love the rewards.

You can’t see the cart after adding items to catering order on the app

It has been a little hard for me to go to upload receipt tab since it is hidden and there is no clue at all where that is. In general a good app but this needs to be addressed

I’ve never had any issues and it does what it’s supposed to.

One day Chick-fil-a is gonna own America the way that Amazon and Walmart do and I’m gonna fully support it.

The app is nice, but the fact that I have to wait when I do a carry out order is ridiculous. If I live 10 minutes away, I should be able to order the food to be ready in 10 minutes, not order and then get to the restaurant and wait 10 mins. This totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Fix this part of the ordering process please

The app doesn’t show my transaction history and only gives an error. I’ve reported it to support months ago, requested contact, never contacted, still doesn’t work. Now the favorite restaurants function doesn’t work either. It says to tap the heart, which I do, and it never saves them. For a multi billion dollar corporation you would think they could get these simple functions to work properly.

I love Chick-fil-A and would have rated their prior app versions as near perfect. A couple of weeks ago I updated all apps, including CFA. The next time I went to use it, all my prior saved favorite restaurants were gone! Every one of 12-15 restaurants between Florida and North GA. Still has the section for favorites but no listings. Gone! Be careful about the update - it’s got a bug!

The last two orders that I placed using the app I couldn’t complete. I selected my items, used a reward for one, and went to check out. I selected my wallet first and then a credit card stored and the app couldn’t complete the transaction. It reported an error. I had to order with an employee.
