This is the message I get when trying to add a prior order to the bag. This has been happening for some time and I don’t know why it doesn’t work as it did in the past.
When using the Chipotle iOS app with voiceover, I am having issues with the ordering process because some of the buttons are not labeled correctly and I don’t know what step of the process I am on.

For the most part it’s adequate. A few times, it’s abundant. But a few times, it’s very lean on total bowl. I prefer when it’s abundant as I’m a senior disabled mostly housebound and this is my treat for the weekend. And if you can get Andrew, I believe a DoorDash driver, he is awesome!!
I order regularly and this restaurant Sometimes the order is accurate other times the guacamole is missing
Should have more options as to where donated “Round Up” money goes.

it was okay but i struggled to find a place to leave a note on my order regarding my food allergies.
Almost everything about the app works very well and makes ordering satisfying. However it would be nice to choose which location to deliver from (within an acceptable area). I have two near my house that are within .3 miles of each other. One is absolutely TERRIBLE (completely wrong order, next to nothing portions, hair in my food!) and one is amazing. It’s a shame I can’t change where my food is made, it’s always the terrible one by default. It makes me less inclined to use the app.
Why can’t I reorder onething from a recent and then something different without adding the whole recent order and then deleting what I don’t want? What was the thought process behind this? Can you stop?
It was user friendly and my orders were ready when I arrived to pick them up at my nearby Chipotle location. Kudos to the app developers and to the Chipotle organization!
Food always gets to me right and tastes great all I could say is price is to high
It seems like every time I go to use the app and scan my phone the codes don’t work and the employees never tells me it didn’t go through.
Map function in app not up to par as it doesn’t show your location in relation to surrounding stores so had to ‘guess’ which one closer (guessed wrong). Also, app should have an order history, that also breaks down order/ meal costs.
I have been coming to chipotle for years but 2 times I have found hair in my food and got no response and no refund not happy with that but all and all perfect place to eat they have really good food and service even do the food be pricey
Too many REQUIRED updates. Once a quarter would be acceptable.
Pretty sure they routinely underestimate delivery time—at best it’s uncertain.
Received my order fairly quickly. But hate when I get the wrong toppings.Especially when I’m over pain.
The problem I have is there is no way to report a problem with an order on it. And I hate people so I’m not going to the register. I feel like the app should have a solution for this at this point.

I love this app if i ever get a problem on my order the people let me exchange it for something but its also so convenient!
Not much of an issue with the app, more of a service issue. Every time I order food online it’s always late even when I get there and there is no one in line. The order times should be reworked to better reflect the time it takes to get your food.
Provide more info on customization choices. For example, what is the difference between the salsas other than green and red color? For one thing, the level of heat which is very important and not necessarily common knowledge to every customer.
I wish there was a place to look at order and reward use history.

Please add the vinaigrette as a side option on your entrees - even the burrito! If a store doesn’t accept special requests, your customers have no way of adding on specific items that aren’t listed for individual entrees. Hope this helps!
Since I got this app, too many problems with my points. I scan my receipts, and I never get my points, scan in store same problem.
The app is easy to use and works pretty well, but doesn’t actually tell you when your order is ready. If that location is busy you may end up waiting inside longer than if you were just in line.
App’s easy enough to use but my local restaurant struggles to have food ready at confirmed times. Been waiting 11 minutes past confirmed time for food as I write this
Wish they had an option to just get a bowl with just rice and maybe another side. My child is picky and she only eat rice and beans. The app doesn’t have the option of just having a bowl or side of just that.
I love the app, it’s super convenient!! But I’m unable to add my gift card( which has money on it). After I put in the first 16 digits, the screens goes blank. Thank you!
Feel like every time I need to use this app (~1x monthly) I need to install a new update.
The new behavior of holding a button on screen to confirm a selection or payment is…interesting. I don’t necessarily mind the idea, but for heaven sake please reduce the amount of time. As is, it’s way too long a duration.
Why does the app keep changing my fav location to a place I’ve never been?
Good app but absolutely horrible execution on their end. Whether you pick it up or get it delivered for twice the price, you will NEVER get close to what you would if you walked into a store. Very sloppy and half portions.
I like chipotle I like using the app it makes things easier and convenient however I wish there were more options through the app like just plain white rice with none of the stuff added my girlfriend doesn’t like the stuff put in it
I don’t have another app that needs to be updated more often. Seems like once or twice a week. It’s a waste of time tbh. Shouldn’t need to be updated this often.
… on wifi only. It almost always tells me I’m not connected to the internet when I clearly am. Like now, as I access the App Store to rate this while connected to the internet on all other apps.
Can Chipotle stop updating on a daily basis?
I thought that if you order something for a certain time that it would be ready by that time. I was wrong by about 12 minutes. I ordered at 12 pm to pick up at 3:20 and wasn’t ready until 3:32. Just saying!!! Needed it on time.
Love the food. The app is irritating beyond all reason.
Can’t seem to scan or add rewards after signing in. It constantly asks for me to sign in but doesn’t change on the screen.
Love the easy ability to order on the go and just pick up your food , but always have an issue with inconsistency with the food portions ( excessive amounts of sour cream, little meat , rice or beans)
