Choice Hotels : Book Hotels App Reviews

I’m using iPadOS 26.2. Cannot bring the login screen up. When I select login the screen is froze. Not a huge problem. I’m using the browser version for now.

I stay at hotels soo much, they are pretty much my home. I do enjoy choice hotels, they’ve come a long way. I just wish I didn’t have to book like 30 nights for just one free night. Even their promotion of book 2 nights get one free. The point system doesn’t allow that. You get like 400 points per stay. It’s 20k points for a night. So how is 800 points enough for 1 free night?

App buttons are not very responsive on a newer iphone. You have to navigate back to the main screen to adjust the dates. No warning before losing points earned. You can get the same rate just booking through the website.

I have been booking free nights with my points since I got to Diamond member and I have not encountered any problems

Place needs upgrades. Have stayed before but gone down since. Has the potential to be a great place in a great location. Weak breakfast. Hair dryer didn’t work and containers in the bathroom were empty and one was missing. Would stay there again.

A hotel stay that is clean, restful, and has courteous employees like Mike working the front desk can make a huge difference in the overall experience. Not only does it provide a comfortable and relaxing environment, but having outstanding customer service at the front desk can enhance the overall satisfaction of the guests. It allows for a smooth check-in process and ensures any issues or concerns are taken care of promptly, creating a positive and enjoyable stay.

I want to personally thank Karen and all the wonderful people at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Castle Rock Colorado for their outstanding service. It all started with the amazing smile that Karen greeted us with when we arrived early for our stay. She located a room for us and explained many of the benefits of their location. She provided some great ideas of where we could dine and some assurance of how quiet and safe they we located. The room was indeed clean and remarkably quiet and comfortabl

The staff is great and very helpful make you feel part of the family .. They’ll do anything to make your stay comfortable and very kind people!!!

Me n my family stayed at Econco Lodge for Almost 2 years. The GM n her Staff were Excellent. Everything was up to excellence. The GM n Staff treated Us As Family. I would Go Back to visit n stay. Love n Miss Yll.

I have been trying to create an online account for days now and all it say is sorry unexpected error try again later. I would give it more stars but the app isn’t very user friendly at this time.

The app does what it needs, but just a warning that they sell your info! Right after signing up with them, I received so many emails with scam links on them. The sad part is that all of these emails are targeted towards the senior population. Just beware - if you create an account with them, use an email you don’t use or check often.
