Not only does it provide a comfortable and relaxing environment, but having outstanding customer service at the front desk can enhance the overall satisfaction of the guests. It allows for a smooth check-in process and ensures any issues or concerns are taken care of promptly, creating a positive and enjoyable stay.

I want to personally thank Karen and all the wonderful people at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Castle Rock Colorado for their outstanding service. It all started with the amazing smile that Karen greeted us with when we arrived early for our stay. She located a room for us and explained many of the benefits of their location. She provided some great ideas of where we could dine and some assurance of how quiet and safe they we located. The room was indeed clean and remarkably quiet and comfortabl

I have been trying to create an online account for days now and all it say is sorry unexpected error try again later. I would give it more stars but the app isn’t very user friendly at this time.

The app does what it needs, but just a warning that they sell your info! Right after signing up with them, I received so many emails with scam links on them. The sad part is that all of these emails are targeted towards the senior population. Just beware - if you create an account with them, use an email you don’t use or check often.
