CIE app not comparable with iPad Pro

Why isn’t this app compatible with iPad Pro?? The QR code is impossible to fight to take a photo. Going to the.gov website is no help. I wish I had never upgraded to level three at least if I had stayed at level one and two I would be able to sign in normally on my smart, phone, Samsung and my iPad.
