I love my care from Circle Medical. They make it not only easy and comfortable to receive care but my care providers have been wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The advisors and staff at Circle medical are so great at their jobs and really show that they care and want to help. My state no longer allows certain things but that is not the fault of Circle Medical and I still choose to get my care here instead of local physicians office.

Anyone who has been on the same medications for years and tired of answering questions that you’ve answered a thousand times this is the way to go. I don’t feel judged or ignored and I can skip driving and lines! I love everything about this system and I’m the happiest I’ve been in over 10 years.

Why are prescriptions (that I’ve been taking for years) not sent as refillable by default? Why is it so challenging in this app to just request refills. They don’t let you reach out to the provider and don’t have a big “I need a refill” button and only way I could do anything is sending a message to support, which in itself was very hard to find. This all wastes a lot of time

1. When returning to app page, blurry filter is applied; issue is fixed when app is restarted 2. Chat & health records notification dots continue to appear despite content being viewed
