Gotta say clear agent and customer service aren’t that helpful but I just decided to cancel and was able to get what I was hoping for

This app really doesn’t do much and doesn’t really even need to be used to get on a flight so why do they need to update it literally twice a week? Once a month is even more than enough. Huge battery life drain downloading and installing this with auto update every few days.

I tried to take a photo of my ID on my phone but the camera functionality doesn't work on the latest phone. It doesn't seem to trigger macro mode or give an option to change which sensor to use. Had to pull out my iPhone X to take photos. This isn't the only app that has this problem, but it is a lot more problematic.

This app is actually super useful. Adding flight statuses and a way to manage my account is all I could ask for. Good stuff

Great app - CLEAR is an amazing service and the app is super helpful, especially the home to gate function.

Love the new look and feel to the CLEAR app, able to get to my gate with record time (thanks to CLEAR plus and home-to-gate)! Also super easy to add my new documents to the YOU tab.

The TSA pre-check app let you know wait times at airports. But the Clear app doesn’t. Which is a bit of a headache because at least 25% of the time the Clear line is actually slower than the TSA pre-check line. Especially at Dulles airport but sometimes Denver and ATL. Once you commit to the clear line though you’re stuck, and you have to watch the regular pre-check line move faster.

I like clear I pay for clear but all of a sudden I cannot open the app. Getting ready to head to the airport and I need the app as there’s always an issue with my husband. I have deleting the app and re adding but it didn’t help what can I do?

Going through the Los Angeles Airport was extremely easy with just a quick stop to get through security. Thank you CLEAR!!

I traveled to Hawaii back in May. At the airport, i paid a time time fee of $99 (military discount). Same day, I added my wife. 2 MONTHS LATER i get charged for adding her. A Clear rep confirmed the charge should have been together. If clear adds a tab to see payment history this will decrease confusion and calls about this when it happens.

My husband & I travel a lot due to his occupation. CLEAR gets us through the long lines quickly and efficiently so we get to our gate with time to spare. We love CLEAR

A little confusing to get started and the camera is most challenging. Also, the disclosure statements are lengthy and discouraging.

It took me a long time to figure out what to do.

I have Ben a Clear customer for several years. I initially enrolled because I was going to miss my flight and it helped m make it to gate on time. Since having it, it has facilitated my entry into other events almost like a VIP!

While this requirement is somewhat ridiculous your app makes it easy to comply with.

I have been a member of Clear for several years. The rapid access has enabled me to make connecting flights with so much ease. Easily worth the cost of membership, especially as an accompanying perk from my credit card.

Clear in the airport is a game changer. Now having the app w the health pass is an even bigger benefit. Way to go Clear!

A little confusing. Not too bad though.

Entering the date is a hassle because the dial keeps moving. Also didn’t connect right away.

How nice to have everything in one spot on your phone. Very easy to fill out.

It takes longer than the TSA line because my record and biometrics/finger print have not been updated. Hope the updates will be done before my December flight.

Clear is the finest mandatory covid testing app I’ve ever been asked to sign up for without an alternative. When there’s no choice, the choice is Clear!

This is amazing technology. It’s my first time using this. So I am anxious to see how it works tomorrow evening.

Tell people to download the CLEAR App directly and don’t mislead them to the stadium website

Vaccine dates would not allow for a December 31, 20 to be added

Pretty easy to navigate. Easier using iPhone to scan face.

It will not allowed me to enter the correct date of my first vaccine, it does not allow to enter the correct month January 18, 2021

Need this to work so it works great!

Very convenient and easy to use. Hope others use the technology to make it a single source.

Be prepared and takes a lot less entry time. Great solution to a way of life right now.
