Best App Ever
I love this app. It’s so convenient. I can make payments any time I need or want. I especially love the outage notifications. I never have to worry about service because restoration of service usually is around the time they estimated, if not sooner.

Why can’t I see my Home bill on here?
Why should I have to switch to papers building to be able to view my bill that I can send to my home on here if I can’t see that then this app is useless.
Confusing
Won’t allow you to add a credit card. Over and over!
Saved payment
Every time I use app to make a payment, it will never use my saved account. It will say No saved payment. Click OK and go back and all the payment information “again”, click submit and it works. I put two payment types in payment options. Why does it never work?? What’s the purpose of saving a card and you still have to type everything single thing every time???
Password
It doesn’t remember my password and it doesn’t use Face ID.
