6 Positive User Reviews for Clipper Card

Listed $ amount on app wrong

I have a card I put on Apple wallet and it still shows up on the Clipper app, so I got confused since it Doesn’t update to show the accurate amount of $ in the card . (Apple wallet does show the value)

Clipper saves money

When someone uses the clipper card they automatically get another trip on another bus for free for a limited time, like a half hour or so. And with the app on the phone, it’s pretty convenient. So, I approve and recommend this app.

Definitely improved version

Use it on Muni and Bart with no issues. Seems like people that are having problems are using the app on older iPhone models.

Dark mode

Dont care about anything else but it’s 2024 and no darkmode on such a simple app is criminal

2 Negative User Reviews for Clipper Card

No map?

The app should have a map showing the current location of the cars. Or at least a static map of where the lines go.

Senior clipper Card

A person using a senior Clipper card should be alerted to NOT add funds during the process of virtualizing the card. This apparently is a problem with many and the end product will be an adult card, not a senior card, in your wallet. Apple needs to alert users who are using Clipper cards to not add funds during the process or disallow this function during the initial virtualization of the card. I’m sure this would reduce many headaches.
