CLOS - Virtual Photoshoot App Reviews

I have used CLOS for 4 remote shoots now, each lasting at least an hour. I’m impressed by how well it does what it does, and am looking forward to the development team adding in support for Raw and Manual control. There’s a lot of differences between shooting in person and remotely, so keep that in mind when downloading this and trying it out. Don’t criticize the app for things beyond the control of the developers due to the iOS platform or the nature of remote portraiture.

I have used CLOS for over 70 virtual shoots and it has been such an amazing tool and appreciate how it there are bugs the team works hard to fix and adjust them. Have used this app since 2021 and it just keeps getting better and better. ✨✨✨✨✨

I’ve used Clos app for the e-commerce remote photo shoot, it worked out great. Highly recommend to try, app was very easy to use and gave me great quality images. Better than FaceTime.

This app is a great tool. Gives you more control than shooting from FaceTime live. It will be even better once the images can go straight to Dropbox. Hoping that’s soon!

I loved this app, but It’s becoming useless. I did a shoot with someone 10,000 miles away on vacation, and I can only download a few of the photos. The rest of the time, I get “Please allow access to your photos.” Once in a lifetime shoot, and it seems like I will only be able to screenshot the tiny thumbnails and low-res previews. I’m switching to the competition’s app.

Poor quality of pictures. Takes ages to download them without any identification of each picture. Deleting pictures doesn’t always work.
