Use the app properly!

All the problems people are complaining about in the reviews seem to be that people are not using the app properly. Only MY alerts are visible when when I tap on ‘My Alerts’. If you don’t want to see ALL alerts for everyone, tap on the ‘MY ALERTS’ button! One reviewer complains about paying for tornado warnings. This App is used by my water company for WATER ALERTS. App doesn’t work with full screen phone

My phone screen is the whole glass area. The app extends into that region and buttons like the back or play button are non-functioning so I have to constantly exit the entire app to go back to previous notifications. There a wide gap between too much information (641 current notices) and not enough (too slow to find the ones in my area. Because I can’t go back, if there are more than one notification, I waste time exiting the app and going back in to see the other notices.
