Redeemed points for gift card but never got it. I know one other person who has been waiting for over a month and did not get hers either. I will update and change rating in a few days based on what happens.

I haven’t received any of my gift cards there should be 2 a $10 card and a $5 card

Yes I was trying to redeem my $5.00 gift card from amazon and I type my amazon acc. Number and my phone number and push sent button it doesn’t do any thing to sent me pass code

Why can’t I email support? How do you redeem a gift card? What info do you need? Do you want the amazon email address used? What is the verification code?

Its a good game by far for warning coins....BUT i wanna know can you cash the coins out with PayPal or something?

This is such a great game! I have NO requests... it’s that good. Now usually I have something that I don’t like about a game, but not this one! I totally recommend it!

I cannot redeem my diamonds for the amazon card. It will not send me the verification code ?!?

I’ve been playing for a while now and I finally had enough diamonds for $2 gift card but when I put my phone number in it said it was invalid and I need 12 numbers when in reality a normal number has 11 numbers so frick this game.

Still waiting on two gift cards one from early February.

This game stinks. After receiving more than $5m coins to redeem for a measly $5 Amazon card, it will not let me redeem. Either by phone or Amazon account. No reply to email sent over a week ago. Waste of time.

Doesn’t send you the gift card after you win it. It’s been over a week since I exchanged and still haven’t received the gift card.

Every other scratcher you have to watch a 20-30 second video.. I have not even made $5 & I’ve been playing for a while! Videos have now been back to back! Such a waste of time!
