Website very difficult

It’s very difficult to book a flight, modify a flight, how many times do I have to put in the same information.

Lacks features

Compared to other airline apps, this one severely lacks functionality. For example, it either doesn’t show scheduled gates, or it hides it well. Condor team, go and check out what other airlines do!

Not very useful

Tried to check in, app said you have to scan your passport otherwise you will have to go to the checkin counter at the airport. The problem is, it can't scan the passport. "Verify passport" button just goes to a screen that hangs, never asks for camera access. Settings doesn't show any way to allow camera access to the app. Had to check in at airport manually instead.

QA needed

App feels half baked prototype — Condor should have someone actually test the app so that the customers would be need to. And if customers are the testers, maybe the should be a “submit issue” button so that issues would end up being fixed.
