On my phone and on the computer it’s hard to find the wellness hub
Best Health App out there!
This App has everything you need to stay in touch with your physicians whether it’s scheduling an appointment, canceling an appointment, emailing for physicians, making payments and great documentation provided by each physician at the end of each appointment!
E-Check In
For some reason I am told to do my e-check in on this app before my appointment, however there’s no place for me to do that
One Stop
I like being able to see all information and after visits as well as contacting my doctors in stop on the app

Amazing for Medical communication
Drs can see what your other drs have done and had to say and helps them work as a team for your health. Had medical issues in Florida a few years ago and my Dr in Michigan was up to date on everything when I came home.
I like the Corewell App
It is so easy to use the Corewell App, I can stay up to date on everything. I appreciate all the information I receive on the App. I can also communicate with my providers using the Corewell App.

Great app. Great providers.
Great easy app to use. It literally got me a doctor and I got my medication the same day. And I was completely out. And it was a controlled substance on what I needed and literally got everything I needed within 10 mins of answering questions and a 10 min visit. Beats having to go to a doctors office and sit and spend hours there for new patient screening and wait times!

Hard to find what you want
The older app was much easier to find what you were looking for. This updated version just has a bunch of pictures and you have to keep searching for what you need. Finding a detailed copy of your bill is very difficult. It should be so hard to locate what you want to know.
Personable
The office staff at the Belding location is always personable and friendly. Any questions I send through the app are answered within a timely manner and the staff never seem put off by questions or concerns that may have been asked!
Dr.Slocum is also very much untuned with her patients and I never feel as if I’m being rushed through an appointment whether it is video or in office!
Awareness of surprise costs
I’m very tired of reading this and signing. Question asked each and every time . Signing once should be good enough.

The system is slow and takes too much time to complete the process

I received an email stating that I have an update from my Empower retirement. However, when I log into the SH app, I can't find how to get there.
Friendly staff
Both the tech and RN were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Made the process easier and more enjoyable.

Not able to access my online information
Have not been impressed with our local health online communication.
Visits and test results
With visits it used to be you could read all the visit notes and summaries but now there’s nothing that is helpful or has any information at all. It is very frustrating as for the test results. What happened to all of your radiologist? My insurance is holding up medicationand injections for my severe chronic pain because they need the results of my CAT scans and MRIs. I am two months overdue for my back injections and I am now back to using my walker and a wheelchair because these test are held
