App is generally great. Needs “scan and go” though. Sam’s has had it for years. Supposed to be coming, needs to be asap.

I have been with Costco for more than half my life. They’re in store and online shopping is near perfection. Their app allows you to search and actually receive results matching the item you’re seeking. Definitely download it and keep an eye on specials.

Love Costco but App is a little frustrating as when you click an item in warehouse view and try to go back it always takes you back to the top of the page instead of where you were scrolling on a list

I live about 5 miles from our local Costco store. Unfortunately they do not carry Peet’s decaf pods. I’m glad to do my shopping by mail.

I love this location. All employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are fair, returns are easy done and quality is superb.

Needs better filters, e.g.warehouse filter for the warehouse specific sale cycles

Your app stopped working. All I get is the Big Red C. Deleted and reinstalled it several times and it still doesn't work!

With their high quality items at reasonable prices and their improved ability to ship quicker, why would anybody NOT shop Costco direct

Convenient ordering online, especially the heavy items. I’m a senior and it saves me a trip and I don’t spend too much money!

When you click on the warehouses tab, it shows your location with a circle around it. When I tap on any warehouse that is within the circle the app automatically quits. I can tap on the other warehouses in the vicinity to find their information but the closest one(s) I cannot get the information for. Please remove the circle or fix the bug.

I’ve placed various online orders and searched multiple times before going to the store, and all of that worked fine. Having recently switched to Costco from Sam’s Club, I was disappointed to see that you could not check yourself out in this app like you can with Sam’s. Hope that comes to the Costco app.

You need to either create one for the IPad or fix the IPhone to go landscape on the IPad Easier viewing on the IPad. Wouldbe nice if it showed where the item is available, such as warehouse, online or both.

After Covid Costco app it was a very good option to buy online. The items are delivered all at once. I like the quality of clothes and diversity of options. I bought presents at good price and made all my family happy at Christmas or birthdays. The customer service will take good care of you and they are doing it so professionally. Thank you so much! I recommend Costco to all my family and friends.

App is fairly decent, but it is nearly impossible to close the window when looking through product photos. The “x” doesn’t work and you have to exit the product page then re-enter to see the product description again. Otherwise the app does the job, nothing fancy.

I know that it doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as some people wish it did! But it works great for what I need it for.

Frustrating that even when I am signed in to this app, it remains incapable of remembering my zip code for delivery and my specific Costco store. I am forced to reset these EVERY TIME I use the app. And so I don’t use the app.

They seem to be improving the app. Finally able to link my membership. Nice features like the gas prices and seeing the ads

When I open the app it shows as my default store the warehouse closest to the office of my ISP. It doesn’t remember my selection when I choose a warehouse closer to my house. That’s a bit annoying.

Resetting your phone invalidates the QR code. Keep that in mind or you won’t be able to use it at the gas station. It was pretty annoying to find out at membership services that all I had to do to fix it was sign out and sign back in again.

The Costco app cannot tell you the local price of an item. I try to compare Sams Club to Costco for different items and Sams Club almost always wins. Then when I go to Costco, I find that the price is sometimes significantly lower than the app reported! I believe the app includes a shipping cost in the app reported price! The lack of can Scan & Go capabilities at Costco really makes them feel antiquated. I still renew my membership, but it’s only because their gas station is awesome. The a
