Is it possible to eliminate weekends, holidays and vacations from the countdown

App needs a widget, that's a no-brainer.

It looks like it’s got potential, and fairly easy to use. Wish it could merge with my calendar; maybe a tap to add events from the calendar so you don’t have to write the information again. Also, it talks about a widget, but I certainly can’t find it when I try to add it to the Home Screen. I have two other apps which show up when I search for “countdown.” This one does not. Hope more is added in the future.

iPhone 17 Pro, 26.2 no more widget in ad-free version. Disappointing, because I’ve used both app & widget many years. Please fix!

I have been using this app for 7-8 years and it is so perfect. The countdowns bear out into minutes, weeks, whatever. It is super simple to enter and use. I am an impatient person and have never been frustrated with this little countdown app - awesome tool ❤️

I can’t seem to figure out how to put my countdown on my Home Screen.

It took me a moment to make sure I completed all the blocks, works great !

Really enjoy counting down gif vacations and major life events. Really like that I can down load my own pictures.

This app is not accurate. Yesterday was correct with 4 months from my wedding date and today it’s saying 3 months away. Do not recommend. Most of the countdown apps unfortunately are inaccurate. Disappointed.

It has options that other apps don’t. Like where you want to position the clock.

Sure it works but the purchase/download page alludes to being able to see more than 1 event from the lock/home screen. I guess I should have tested it more before buying it. Yep, only 99 cents but I’m going to look for another app. It does not attach to any widget. I can only favorite one event at a time. I do like I can choose a background image but the image doesn’t maintain aspect ratio.

A 5 star pleasure but it could only be used as a widget

I really liked this app and used it to Countdown ‎ to my retirement date. Retirement date has passed and now the app is counting up! How do I make it stop? I don’t want to delete the event! I just want to go see countdown to retirement as zero days zero hours and zero minutes. With no further counting!

I’ve tried a few countdown apps, and this is my favorite. Like the stock photos and ability to choose my own. Easy to set up or edit any event.

After years of using free CD, I thought the app developer, who has faithfully updated through every ios revision for years, deserved payment. Didn’t really mind the ads in free... Really enjoy this app. Would give 5 stars, but the widget is buggy- 2nd event has scattered text & doesn’t display correctly. Also wish all events from free version would have merged into new paid ad-free version. Had to re-create everything. Other than that, sweet little app that allows customization, personalization,

App works but can get the widget to work. Consequently, I have to open the app each time I want to see the countdown. It’s a bit of a nuisance in that way. Hence, the 4/5 rating and not 5/5.

Really enjoy using this to count the days until my surgery. Worth the extra fee not to have ads

Bought this app maybe a year ago .. once I got iOS 18 widget never showed up .. contacted the developer no reply ..

What happened? Cannot make this as a widget on iPhone anymore. Went way a while ago… what’s the point now

Why not make a single up where paying removes ads? Turns out getting the Ad-free version means you no longer have all your already entered events, wallpapers, etc.

This app does not count the days between events. It only counts the number of days since, or until an event relative to today. Also I can find no way to cancel, to avoid auto renew, if one exists. Not suitable for my needs.

I have enjoyed using Countdown, while I was counting down something in my time zone. However, while counting down an event in Eastern Time, although I selected New York as the time zone, it’s counting down as though the event is in Pacific Time, which is where I am.
