Cowboy Channel Plus App Reviews

Last year I did not realize that purchasing the NFR watch would be an annual subscription. I am happy that they refunded the subscription amount this year, as I didn’t use it and was unaware til going over my bank statement. I will say I am highly disappointed that they never even emailed me to let me know my card would be ran in the first place. I’ve never NOT received a renewal notice before the transaction occurs for a yearly subscription. Bad business practice and seems a little shady.

I was unable to watch all the rounds live. The color commentary and event specialists made paying extra for the app to watch rodeo’s biggest event. The archived recordings being only the arena announcer and none of the exceptional commentary was beyond disappointing. Is there a reason why the live performance broadcast was not archived? Major disappointment. Please address this for next year or let us know before we pay extra to watch the performances expecting to watch the performanc

Video quality is terrible at Crossett rodeo - it’s usually better but this one was hard to watch.

The content on the Cowboy Channel plus app is great but the video player is archaic. It is difficult to ffw & rwd. If I exit a vod and then return, the video starts at the beginning.

I give you guys a 4 1/2 because there’s always room for improvement. But you guys are doing an amazing job getting rodeo events on tv. I wish you guys could get on Hulu and some other streaming apps. Thank you again for all you do!

Very disappointed that I now have pay an extra fee to have the NFR. That’s one of the main reasons I subscribed the last few years was so I could watch the NFR, since I don’t have the cowboy channel on my provider. Sad. Very sad.

Outside of the morning news, the Cowboy Channel is basically all we watch! I love the opening prayer,Pledge of Allegiance,Star Spangled Banner thru the opening ceremony. All of the rodeo coverage is great, BUT we have one request! Please put the town and date of each rodeo. It is a little confusing sometimes trying to figure out where you are and when! We enjoy all of the other programs and I’m especially looking forward to the RanchHer and FarmHer series! Thanks so much for this wonderful chan

Hopefully y’all carry on in the founders wisdom and not your own youthfulness. Seems like some of the old deals Dad made are falling through. Prove us wrong by honoring his handshake deals.

There is a constant delay and interruption when trying to watch the rodeos live. The camera work is needing definite improvement. And the commentary is constant. Talking and not showing the action of the rodeo. Very disappointing to see such a sub par presentation for a channel dedicated to the Cowboy way and all of the fans.
