These shoes are goated

The app signs me out randomly, and nothing ever saves in my cart. If I leave the app when I have items in my cart, they disappear. Also would love to be able to track my order through the app. LOVE CROCS THO!

Great idea great products & great every thing

I am addicted to Crocs. I have at least 30 pair- I know,I told you, addicted! What made me buy the excessive amount was that I broke my big toe in 2 places. Crocs are the only shoes I can wear and not be in any pain nor damage what healing of the fractures I do have. I’m always excited to see the new colors. I’m also very fortunate that I can wear 2 different sizes. I can wear J2 and W4. Lol. If you have not tried them yet-then do. They are so comfortable, like a little cushion under your feet

Have not been able to see my order in the app feel like that should be shown in the app

I love the app when it works correctly right now it just keep giving me an error message and I’m not too happy about that and there’s no way I can contact anybody if you can’t sign in.

I got them and immediately turned into Batman I saved my crush and she took me home and ifykyk happend and I went back to saving the city

Other times the app gets stuck checking out. But all in all it’s a good app. Unfortunately the app on the iPad has a small screen.

The reason I put a 3 on crocs because it did not tell me the time that is coming or what date so yeah I perhaps they Sould tell when it’s coming

Quick and easy. Creating an account isn't necessary. You can find what you are looking for easily by searching. However, if you do create an account, your experience is more curated.

They are comfortable , colorful. I have several pairs. Easy to return if I don’t like the fit.

bro i love crocks so much like i have i think 16 or 17 pars and idk they are just the best shoes fr because you can really dress them in any way and they will still look good that just my opinion tho (crocks should send me a free pair of crocks)

From the App’s functionality, to the perusing of their inventory all the way to payment. Crocs = simply great!

Might wanna warn people against putting these in the washer and dryer. One of them shrunk down two sizes for some reason, while the other remained completely fine. Heartbreaking— because these are very cute, but if you can’t wash them, they smell pretty bad. I’ll have to figure out a better way to wash them.

I love the app/shoe they are very convenient, comfy, and good looking. If I could ask for one thing it would be cool if you could create your own clog pack with charms and buy it

Easy to find what you want.

I love my crocs! My first pair my GS worn & never gave them back lol. Now I have 4 pairs but I love the tye dye ones so much! Now I’ve got to get plain ones. They’re soo comfy & cute & there’s all kinds of jib its. Getting my first lined pair soon. I have to try & ignore the sales now. Get some you’ll love them! 💖🦋

The code I was trying to apply would not work for me in the app, no matter how many times I tried to reapply the code. I called customer service & Andrey was very helpful. I received a different code with the same discount. It finally worked!! I’m happy now. My crocs are on the way!!

Unable to track order on the app. Also taking a while to get here.

I don’t know why this app doesn’t have a favorites button. It would be so much easier for me to keep track of who likes what and my family.

The App always seems likes it needs an update, but there is no update available. I hate they removed the ‘Wish List’ and ‘Order History’. Also, not all merchandise shows up in the App vs the website. I literally switch between the two and use the site to complete my order. I use the App to browse.
