I never realized how much was involved with signing on for a cruise? I have the app and with all of your information there isn’t a log off on the app I could find. Why not a search in the app? They inform you of changes very well. As others have said excursions way too expensive. Sandra White

The cruise was already a lot of money and basically the moment you got there the start hustling you to buy stuff. But I did really like the way that they did invocation .But they chartered you a lot . The app was useful though they told you what you where doing you could do a lot with it so there.

The app doesn’t work half the time, which is a problem. It’s 2024 and the app is not designed for iPad… It is still an iPhone app on an iPad.

Being able to coordinate via phone and text with my my family has been key to experiencing to great cruise! Thank you for offering such a great deal!

We have had the best times here! The level of hospitality and service is next to none! All staff are very friendly and welcoming! The food is spectacular, and the entertainment is above expectations! There is always something for everyone to enjoy!! Please don’t skip on the spa if you’re looking for relaxation! We will definitely be cruising with NCL in the future!

The app is full of bugs

App is useful enough if you can get used to the constant prompts that you’re leaving the app for no particular reason, since the information you’re looking for is in the app (specific to “my plans”). It would be helpful for deck maps and other useful options not to be buried within the hamburger menu. Also, the check-in process is particularly painful. Really needs to be smoothed over and reorganized.
