Great art, fun easter eggs, and engaging plot-lines. This game scratches the itch that FTL created and adds some more fun with the RTS elements. The story is convoluted (in a good way), so there's plenty of interesting content, even after a few runs. There are a few spelling mistakes scattered throughout and the game consistently crashes at very inopportune moments, resulting in me needing to replay the same mission dozens of times before advancing. Additionally, I still cannot unlock the chapt
It’s a lovely game except for the frequent crashes. I cannot proceed past a certain point in the story. If it worked, it would be 5 stars for me.
I’ve nearly won a combat 4 times now using Juggernaut, but at the last moment the game crashed and I have to start the 2 combat sequence over. This is extremely frustrating, please fix the crashes.
A solid tactical space roguelike. Decent UI, fun rock-paper-scissors combat with some twists, and a decent enough story. Would recommend to folks who want an FTL-esque experience on mobile.
This is one of the coolest and most brutal grim dark sci fi settings i have ever seen more so than 40k i loved it and the ending gave me shivers. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID AND GOOGLE THE ENDING EARLY THOUGH IT IS A MISTAKE!! Anyways if your are willing to fork over a few bucks for a fun game then get this game. P.s. the story is better than the gameplay
the fighting is so boring and redundant i feel like im just pressing the same buttons in a boring order and the enemy can kill your ships so easily makes so sense to even have them healed. just so boring
This is one of those stories that makes you question life and existence. It’s very fun to play, too. Upgrading, the different ship types. I’m a casual gamer and I really enjoyed playing this.
This game absolutely slaps. The low reviews are from weak willed admirals without a strategic bone in their body. I’ve gotten 50 hours of enjoyment at least. Every opponent requires careful planning. Completing every chapter with every ship on hard is a welcome challenge for true military strategists. Go play candy crush if you want a lame video game. This is a deeply passionate game taking huge inspiration from classic sci fi. Devs get my upmost respect. The Imperium they’ve created is unique
The over all story was amazing the conversation at the end with the emperor really wrapped up almost every word of dialogue. I read thus far the reveal at the end. I finally got my memories. Back was astonishing
But I keep getting this bug where in battle the game just closes. I restart the app and I have to restart the entire fight from the beginning. It happens a lot, currently I’m stuck because I can’t get past this battle without it happening.
Easily one of the best games on iOS. Challenging gameplay, compelling story, fitting musical score, and unique aesthetic combine to provide a great experience. After buying the game, I (apparently) played it for about five hours per day, completing the campaign in about a week.
Rogue-lite veteran here and this is every bit as good as games like FTL. Could definitely see putting in a lot of hours. Highly recommend. Wanted to report a bug - my game crashes when I use a parasite on a juggernaut.
Great game but would love controller support!
It’s in the title. Support indie games! Seriously, this is a great example of what the indie movement can do. …or go buy a loot box to play a generic AAA time waster. Your choice.
Primarily hampered by a relatively short game loop, and a combat system that feels like it has one too few dimensions. That being said, this is 100% worth picking up for fans of FTL.
I would give this 5 stars it is a great game! My only complaint is being on a mobile you can not see much of the battle field . Needs a zoom feature lol
Great gameplay. Terrifying scarcity. And a surprisingly interesting story. I’m loving it so far.
Great storyline and fun gameplay, they have a time constraint to keep the game moving in one direction. Storyline is very well thought out and a blast to play. Fight sequences were unusual initially, but I really like them now.
Good tactical and strategy game with a well-told story that ruminates on our growing dependence on technology and speculates on what the singularity might be like. Striking pixel art design. Stunning all around.
You don’t find a game like this very often. The attention to detail in this title shows a true love for all things geek. The dev team are both Fans and creators. Fans first I think. Bravo on creating one of the best games I’ve played all year.
Very good story, thousands of decision and RNG is phenomenal. Please add more content. I have so many ideas.
FTL vibes. Great stories. Fun characters. Would recommend.
It took a few hours to get the hang of Crying Suns, but once I knew what I was doing I was hooked. The plot is decent, not the greatest but its rare for video games to stand on the merits of storytelling alone.
Very fun. I was worried things would be too small, but I have an older phone, smaller than modern ones, and had no control issues whatsoever 👍
Looks like a fun game but I had to put it down since my eyeballs hurt from reading small text
This game is amazing and the story I’d great. If you loved FTL you will love this one even more!
It’s a great game with a great story but I can’t get passed the final part without it crashing, I’ve uninstalled it and re downloaded it and it keeps happening. I really want to finish it but this bug is making it literally impossible.
Excellent story and world building with satisfying game play. It takes the FTL formula and builds on it in really creative ways. Highly recommended.
Wishing for an endless run mode which after a folder jump, all properties (officer, squadrons and weapons) that did not start with the run will be converted to scraps for buying customizes at the beginning of the next folder.
I played this game into the ground on PC, and had to jump back in on mobile. No regrets!
I’ve been playing games from this makers. I have enjoyed FTL since it’s inception. This is basically FTL new and improved!
Dialog font is a bit small, and the game is pretty wordy based, but the story is fascinating , and battles are exciting. Moreover i v played 20hrs without crash, nice job.
The game is amazing, but I almost didn’t play it because of how small the text is on the phone. Please allow for an increase in text size.
This game deserves more praise. So well thought out, and sleek design/graphics. Honestly can’t speak highly enough about this game. If you are a fan of FTL you will love this game.
It’s what FTL should’ve been. More in-depth story line and more strategy
如题,打多了的话容易腻,不过也是一款不错的策略游戏
Excellent game! Very engaging even though it’s Herbert-esk to its very core. That is what makes it so endearing I think. Worth every penny and replay value is great as well.
I wanted real time strategy, I got it. I wanted resource management, yep! I wanted my decisions to have consequences, got that too. Seriously be prepared to spend hours with this game.
Please add controller support 🙏
I want to know the game better. I must ask for your support in Korean.Thank you for your day.
Very engrossing, elegantly designed, hauntingly beautiful art direction.
Excellent game. Very challenging. I keep playing! Love it!
Excellent game, great art style if you love FTL, or dungeon of the endless, you will love this game very very replayable. Have been looking for something like this.
Just picked this up and been playing it for an hour. Definitely a great mix of rogue, RTS, FTL, and strategy games all in one package. Highly recommend!
I played on PC and now I am planning on the mobile version now I can play my favorite game on the go instead of waiting to come back home on my PC.
