App keeps crashing and I can’t start my dryer

The connectivity works well, the big issue with the app is that you have to go through multiple payments to set up a machine; it doesn’t make any sense to go through a whole bunch of steps just to add 10 more minutes, should be some option to pay whatever time you want in one payment, if 10min is kind of a limit for whatever reason, at least make it easier for the second/third payment !!!

Easy to reload via ApplePay. QR codes work like a charm. Nothing fancy but it works!

works great most of the time. If there is no signal in the basement I have to go upstairs to refresh the app in order for it to work again

Washers need maintenance done or possible replacing but other than that the set up is good. You should have a machine in the laundry room that takes cash so after you make an account you don’t have to always use a credit or debit card but have the cash option available

Okay. The concept of payment using phone app makes perfect sense. With the exception that buildings place laundry rooms, and locations with horrible cell service. In this case, the app is worthless.
